"I don't want justice...I want vengeance."

A man is seen running down a dark alley way, he was wearing an orange jumpsuit with a serial number on his back, indicating that this man is a convict. His bald head shined as the light reflected off his head, rain drops fell upon him, slowly flowing down his face as he sprinted down the alleyway. His expression was fear, was he running from a demon? No, more like a boogeyman.

The man continued to run down the alleyway, until he reached a dead end. Panicking, he tried to look for another way out; he looked to the side and saw a fire escape. Attempting to try and grab the ladder, he fell backwards onto the ground, he couldn't reach it. At the corner of his eye he saw a chair, though it was broken, it looked sturdy enough to hold his weight. Taking it, he brought it under the ladder. Standing on it, he reached his hand out and grabbed the ladder. He grinned cockishly and tried to pull himself up, but his face was struck with fear as he felt a strong grip tighten around his leg. Soon he was pulled down from the ladder and fell backwards onto the ground. As he fell, his head collided with the pavement, knocking him unconscious. As his vision started to darken, the last thing he saw was a man that seems as if he'd been through hell and back. This man wore black armor as if he attended nothing but funerals to mock all he hunted. He was the one that stalked the tainted souls of men, the sword of vengeance that thirsted for blood, a shadow in the dark that watched over those that he deemed worthy to live.

"Filthy cunt...shits like you stain My City!"

The man's voice grumbled, it was deep and strong, but aged and hoarse. He knew this man, he was well known across in the underworld of trades and goods. He was the Boogeyman of Criminals and Sinners, or most will know him as...Officer – 7.

A young woman with brown and pink hair smiled as she read the file, smiling softly she looked at the computer that contained the files. She glanced at another monitor that looked to be a surveillance camera, it was showing what was happening in the alleyway, Officer – 7 was seen slamming the escaped prisoners head into the wall repeatedly, throwing the prisoner against the wall, and he seemed to be breathing hard. Officer – 7 huffed and growled as he lifted his right leg and sent a forward kick towards the prisoners head, smashing the head of the prisoner into the wall, a large amount of brain matter and blood flowed down the prisoners' now cracked open skull. The prisoner body twitched as it started to lose all sense of feeling and life. Officer – 7 brought his foot down and wiped it against the pavement, removing the remaining blood on his boot.

"Pathetic..." his voice rang through the monitor.

The women continued to watch his work, nonetheless she wasn't disappointed. The sheer brutality of Officer – 7 far exceeded what she expected though, to imagine that this man was once a police officer, his age intrigued her somewhat as well as his previous years in the military. He was an interesting man indeed. Closing the file of Officer – 7 she eliminated traces of the file in her computer to destroy it, leaving no evidence of it being on her computer. She took an extra step with this by rebooting her computers drive, smiling she shut off the computer and got up from her seat.

Police Radio, "To any officers in the area there has been a call about an attempted robbery at Mickeys' & Dales' Bank, three injured, and two killed. Report says that all four of the assailants wore a La Diablo Gante vest; they are armed and dangerous and seem to be on the run. They were last seen on 22nd Olive Street, near the plaza."

Officer – 7's built in radio caught the messaged, he grunted as he turned away from the prisoners' dead body, walking out of the alley he made his way to his vehicle. A blown 1969 Plymouth Barracuda, colored black for that sleek look. It was a car he had for a while; it reminded him of his father. Unlike modern vehicles it isn't fuel sefficiant; he wasn't the "Go green type." It may cost more but it would take longer to burn unlike the new fuel sources for new gen vehicles.

He got into the car and started it up, the car rumbled to life, like a monster that has been awaken. He floored the gas pedal, the tires screeched as it burned on the road. He went on and drove faster than modern gen vehicles. The car rumbled loudly as he drove down the high way, it could be heard from a mile away. He raced on to his next location.
