It's That Time of the Month Again

~Chapter Start~

Deku POV:

I wake up to a sound of groaning coming that seems like it's coming from the bathroom. 

What was that?

I rubbed my eyes and was about to tell Ochako about the groaning in the bathroom

As I looked beside me, I noticed that Ochako was nowhere to be seen. 

I felt a bad chill up my spine.

I jumped out of bed and went to the bathroom only to notice that the door has been locked.

"Ochako-chan! What's wrong?" I ask with genuine concern in my voice.

The door opens slightly and I see an Ochako peeking out with a pained expression, trying her best to smile while scrunching her belly.

"O-Oh it's nothing much Deku-kun, it's just that time of the month again. Just felt kinda off the weather" Ochako giggles a bit as she proceeds to close the door to the bathroom. Her groans of pains still audible behind the door.

I never saw her like this before.

I never got to be with her on days like these due to my hero duties in the Hero Association

"It's alright Deku-kun! Ochako is a strong pro hero!" Ochako says through the door before she returns to her pained state of groaning.

"Alright! Just call me if you need something!" I say through the door to reassure her.

I need to ask some advice regarding this. Who are some people that I can ask comfortably?

Hmm..........

Ah! Of course!

"Hello Izuku-kun, how are you doing there?" I hear the gentle voice of my mother through the cell phone.

"Hi Mom, I need some advice about um...Ochako-chan's period..." I say as I blush trying to say the word, furrowing my eyebrows.

"About what Izuku-kun? I didn't hear you, can you say it again?" Mom asks me through the phone 

Goshdarnit, did she really not hear me?

I muster up my courage and say the word again 

"Umm, I n-need help regarding p-periods" I stutter to the phone as I cover my face with my other hand. 

"Oh dear, is Ochako-chan alright? Where is she now?"  Mom says through the phone with concern

"She's in the bathroom right now" I say while waiting in the hallway for Ochako to come out.

"Oh dear, I can't go there to help you as of now. I have a meeting with the others in a few minutes."  Mom says as I hear the muffled voices of strangers conversing through the phone.

Oh yeah, I forgot to tell you but my mom is the head of an association that she made alongside the other mothers in the vicinity. They do all the things a housemom does, like recipes ,cleaning guides, techniques in laundry. Somewhat a "Housewife Association" as you would call it.

"So what do I do?"  I asked my mother as I was heading to our room to get my laptop to try and research a bit.

"Just make sure you give her whatever she needs, hot compresses, snacks, and all that stuff" Mom says through the phone.
