Chapter 1: memories

Cameron's P.O.V

I never thought I would be standing right here. Right in front of my best friends casket. Millions of tears were falling down my face.

"Well she deserved it," Emma muttered loud enough for me to hear. Emma is my girlfriend. Sure she was a bitch at times but I loved her.

"SHE DESERVED IT? DESERVED IT? FUCK YOU EMMA SHE WAS MINE. MINE! NO ONE ELSES SHE WANSNT SUPPOSED TO LEAVE ME! ARIANA WAS FUCKING MURDERED IN FRONT OF ME!" I shouted crying even harder. "and I didn't do anything,"

I remember when we were kids and we agreed to be each other's first everything!

Flashback

Kindergarten was so much fun but I had no friends.

I Accidentally bumped into a girl with a red polka dot skirt and white shirt with high tops and curly hair.

"Woah I'm sorry," I smiled. She took my hand and shook it. "Hi I'm ariana," she smiled.

"Hi ariana I'm cameron," I replied.

"Do you want to be my best friend," she asked. I nodded and then we hugged each other.

End of flashback

She was so amazing and I was happy I ran into her that day. We were friends all through elementary and middle school. I remember when her parents kissed in front of us and we both got grossed out.

But in 5th grade it wasn't that nasty. I was her first kiss.

In middle school I was her first boyfriend. We dated and it was amazing we grew closer and closer everyday.

We would always go on dates and hang out and kiss it was the best feeling ever to have her as my girlfriend.

In 9th grade we were freshmen and that's when everything started to change. We were watching a movie at her house and snuggled up together on her bed.

Her parents went on vacation for a few days for their anniversary. I was staying the night. Once the movie was over we started kissing which got very heated quickly.

She pulled away and said, "Will you be my first?"

"I promised I would be your first everything until I died and I keep my promises," well I lied. That night was one of the best nights of my life.

About the lying the next day I was invited to hang out with the populars. I was forced to break up with ariana and I did.

I'm a senior now and through the years I saw ariana fall apart and I did nothing to stop it. She starved herself everyday millions of scars were on her arms.

Then the day she was killed. The populars beat her until she went unconscious and then she was driving to school because her parents had to work. She was in a car accident.

Emma told me to not do anything. I regretted my decision.
