Introduction:

So of course in every story there is a leader... in this one the leader is my dad and I. first let me introduce myself. uh-hum my name is gracion. I know I have sort of a guy name. I like my name it means so many things like grace, and good. I should probably tell u a little bit about my self. I like melon, and my favorite color is green. I love the forest especially since I was raised in one. I have 3 brothers and I'm the only girl, our mom lives in the city and our dad lives in the forest with us, wait switch that around we live in the forest with him...there we go. Our parents don't get along so they decided to go their separate ways...literally...one lives in a big, awesome city in New Jersey and we live in a forest in New Jersey. By the way we actually live in the woods we just think that the word forest makes it seem happier.
I'm so sorry I didn't even say my age. I am 13 and I'm tall, athletic and I run faster than all my brothers put together. I have dark brown hair, and to be exact I'm 5"7. Anyway enough about me.. lets talk about my family. My oldest brother is 15 and his name is James. My second oldest brother is river and he's 14, then there's my twin, Conner he's 13 and one second older than me. My dads name is mika and my moms name is Jessie and as you can see she loves those names that fit girls and boys. My dad is just like what ever name them anything but looser, sore, quitter, trash, and pathetic. (my dad is really competitive).

•chapter 1: rescue
gracion point of view

I woke up on a foggy spring morning about to get out of my bed when suddenly I hear a loud screech. I run down stairs not noticing I stepped on a needle from where we skinned the Bear we had for dinner last night. I still ran knocking down anything in my way, the noise was coming from out side deep in the woods. My dad, James and river were already outside. and they looked like they just saw a ghost. I ran next to them and I saw what they were looking at. They were looking at.......a girl!! the girl was about 13 or 14 and she was bleeding.....a lot! and there was a snake that had her leg between its fangs. And my family and I were just standing there staring at her, what idiots! I guess I have to make the first move. I took a step closer to the girl and I stood as still as a spider about to attack his prey. I leaped forward and grabbed the snake by its neck and I grabbed my knife out of my pajama pocket and stabbed it 3 times in the head. I stood and looked at the bloody girl and said

"come in our house so we can fix you up."

the girl then said: "ok and thank you for saving me... I shall call u the hero in the unicorn pajamas."
man I forgot to change my clothes.

"NO! that is not my name and I don't want to be called that. EVER!!"

girl: "sorry I didn't catch your name girl in the unicorn pajamas"

"my name is gracion but I go by grace. what's your name, helpless brat in the woods?"

girl: (helpless brat giggles) "my name is Kingston."

"that's a cool name. Does your mom like those girl and guy names.?"

Kingston: "yea. but she died yesterday so I ran away from all of those distractions in the city." Kingston reached out her hand and said "By the way my friends call my kk. And I consider you as a friend."

By the time KK and I were finished talking the guys had already went inside and they haven't even introduced their selves, how rude. I took kk up to my room and I was right about to clean her bite when river walked in.

"what are you beautiful ladies doing?" said river

Uh oh river never is nice to me unless he wants something!

"Ughh...river you are so disgusting you already have your axe on and we haven't even went hunting yet?" River blushes and walks out of my room muttering something under his breath.
