ANNI
The day of my wedding. The venue was beautifully set out with balloons, confetti, a dinning area, dance floor. The lot. People were gathered at the end of the room posing for the flash of the photographer's camera. They were looking like they were having a blast. I guess that was always good at a wedding.Near the bar, I saw my mum and dad having gin and tonics while chatting away about some new car they were getting. Never mentioning a word about me or this day. It was always about them and never about their daughters. Never.
The other end of the room contained my sister and Chris, her boyfriend, dancing a slow waltz. Smiles plastered on their faces mostly from each other but some from the alcohol they had drunk. They had been married for over five years now and they still looked perfect for each other as always. My sister was very beautiful and I was jealous. But I didn't care. I had my own husband now to dance with me at other people's weddings, to kiss when I got home so I would never be lonely.
My now sister-in-law looked so smug boasting about her new ring on her finger from her finance. Probably something to shut her up for a while until he figured out what to do with his life as her husband. I really sympathized with Geoff, my sister-in-law was most certainly a bitch. Always thinking she was the fairest of them all.
Yeah keep dreaming seleen. Got a long way to go to get to that stage.
I slowly turned my head to get a better view of the garden. Disturbing a few of my short, dark brown curls in the processes, off my shoulder. I really wanted longer hair when I was younger. Mum made up some shit excuse about it. Mum always did that to me, well, me and my sister. I guess to shut us up. I looked at the beautiful view of the sunset in front of me. I would just stand and stare at it all day if I could. It was stunning. Reds, pinks, oranges. A whole array of colours that lit up my eyes.
Slowly, a gentle hand creep up my shoulder immediately putting me at ease from my long trail of thoughts. He swept some of my hair onto my other shoulder sending shivers though my body and then burying his head in my neck. Instantly, giving me the warmth I so dearly needed.
I groaned.
He laughed. "Just you wait babe, I'll have my hands all over you in less than an hour," trying to keep his voice to a whisper.
"You better." I simply replied. I couldn't get enough of his touch. So graceful and gentle and caring.
He smiled into my neck from my comment, clearly enjoying himself. So I hit his arm playfully.
"So we're playing dirty now are we?" The lust and want was crystal clear in his gorgeous sky, blue eyes, I bet I looked exactly the same in my my near black, brown eyes. I dearly wanted to at this exact moment.
"Yes we are Will, and I'm not complaining, if you're not." I looked long and hard into his eyes, digging for the answer I wanted.
He leaned towards my ear and whispered. "Oh babe, you just asked for it."
With that he crashed his lips into my neck, pressing his body into mine in the process.
"Take me." I barely whispered to him.
He chuckled that sexy laugh of his, which undid me more than ever.
"I have never heard a better two word combination in my life, Anni."
With that he took my hand and lead me off towards the door of the building. Clearly he was eager, tugging my hand while rushing to get to our hotel room.
We walked, well more like ran, through an amazingly beautiful reception area and lobby. With marble floors and great details on the walls that must have taken hours to perfect and design. The dinning room was equally as stunning. I didn't really have time to enjoy the view as I was being tugged at a hundred miles an hour.
Eventually after walking though an astonishingly large amount of doors and corridors we finally reached the door to our huge hotel room. Will ripped the door open when he slotted in the keycard and carried me over, because of my dress, and carefully placed me on the bed. Trying not to hurt me what so ever.
He sat on top of my huge ruffled dress straddling me just staring down at me.
"How did I ever get this lucky," he barely whispers.
I just looked up in awe at his perfectly shaped face, staring into his now sea blue eyes. He was so beautiful it seemed unreal.
