Ditching (Part 1)

Roxy's P.O.V -

"Rox! Wake Up!" Riker, my oldest brother said, shaking me awake. I groaned and rolled over, I heard him sigh and leave the room so I smirked, thinking I won this one but boy, I was wrong. Within minutes, my other brothers were jumping on my bed trying to wake me up. "Okay! I'm up now get out so I get changed!" I chuckled to them, they smiled at me then obeyed me, walking out of my room. I sighed as I flung my comfy duvet off of my body and onto the floor beside my bed where it once lay. Raking through my cupboard, I pulled out a pair of jeans then a blue checkered shirt. I sorted my accesories and then grabbed a towel, walking into Rydel, Mum and I's bathroom. I turned on the shower, locked the door, took off my pyjammas then hopped in the shower.

Once I had washed my body and hair, I turned the water off, stepping out of the shower as I wrapped the towel around my body, walking into Rydel and I's room.  I walked towards where I had layed my clothes out earlier and put them on. Rydel walked in just as I slipped on my beanie. I smiled at her, grabbing my back pack, slinging it over my shoulder, making my way downstairs. "Here comes the female version of Riker Anthony Lynch" I heard Rocky say so I sarcastically smiled at him and continued towards the kicthen where my mum, dad and Riker were. "Sup mini me!" Riker said, giggling and I rolled my eyes, grabbing an apple then slipping my phone into my back pocket of my jeans. As I walked through into the living room, I felt it vibrate so I pulled it out and saw I had a message from Bree.

To: Roxstar

From: Breeeeeeeeeeee

Message: You wanna ditch school today and go to the football field??

To: Breeeeeeeeeeee

From: Roxstar

Message: Um.....okay but we can't go to the football field we will get caught. Why don't we go to the park then get something to eat?????

From: Breeeeeeeeeeee

To: Roxstar

Message: Okay I will meet you at the school gates then we will say we're waiting for a friend then just leave once the coast is clear!

From: Roxstar

To: Breeeeeeeeeeee

Message: Sound good, can't wait!!!

I sighed as I stuffed my phone in my pocket, you see I

didn't want to skip school but I wasn't about to turn down Bree. I had finished my apple so I  walked to the kitchen and put it in the bin. "Roxy, we are leaving in 2 minutes so if you're not in, we are going without you! "  my second eldest brother yelled and I gave my mum a quick kiss on the cheek and my dad and Riker a  hug. 

I sighed, walking behind my brothers who were talking about girls. I  ran on ahead when I saw Bree standing at the gates, we did our special had shake then the boys and Ratliff walked towards us and gave us hugs. " Are you two waiting on someone? "  Ellington asked and we noddedu" our friend Stephanie " I smiled and they nodded the walked off. "So gullible" I said, turning to her which made her giggle.  We waited for a while until the number of people walking in the gates were minimum to make a run for it. "Now or never" she said and I nodded, following her down the path that led to the park, hoping no one saw us.
