A/N: My brain is going crazy with ideas and this one popped up and this idea just struck me with the MMC happening and also the whole Aaron and Bayley being engaged along with other stuff I've been discussing with RikkaRose so I decided I was going to write it. It will be a one shot thank god I tend to write a book and be like it will be this long but it ends up being longer. This one is a definite one shot until further notice! The last time they had worked together was back in NXT but now Fergal and Pam finally get to work together once more and they were both ecstatic. For Fergal it was perfect timing he really needed something to get his mind off his personal life at the moment, He had just gone through a messy break up with Cathy Kelley and he just wanted to move on from it and being asked to do the Mixed Match Challenge again was a blessing and he was looking forward to sinking his teeth right in. When he found out he was partnered with Pam this time he was ecstatic and couldn't wait to get into the ring with her again.Pam, who found out before Fergal that she would be partnered with him was excited to be working with Fergal again since their time in NXT. She was so excited that she took to social media to post a video of her announcing it to her fans that Finn Balor was going to be her partner in the next season of Mixed Match Challenge. 

Pam's fiance Aaron on the other hand wasn't too pleased that his fiance was going to be partnered with Fergal Devitt, since Pam and Fergal's in ring flirtations in NXT which Pam had always insisted was just to ham up the fans and nothing more Aaron had become very threaten by Fergal being anywhere near his fiance at the time in NXT hence why Aaron put a ring on her finger and since Pam has been on the main roster on Raw which happened to be the same roster Fergal was on Aaron was okay with it because Pam was in matches with Mercedes and Fergal was doing his own storylines so Aaron was happy knowing that Pam and Fergal were kept seperate by their own storylines. Until the day came that Pam face-timed him to and told him she was doing the MMC again this time with Fergal as her partner. Since then Aaron and Pam's relationship started to show cracks, Pam put on a brave face every time she'd have an argument with him over her being Fergal's partner.

It all blew up after Fergal's match on Raw on Monday in which Pam had accompanied him to the ring for his match up against Jinder Mahal as to promote MMC. Aaron was watching at home like he normally did, he'd always watched Pam's matches, he smiled as he watched her come out but soon that smile fell from his face and he gripped the armchair arm rest so hard when he saw Fergal coming out after Pam. 

He watched carefully and started to relax when he saw no interacting with them during the match, but at the end of the match he punched the cushion next to him in anger as he watched his fiance jumped into Fergal's arms wrapping her legs around his waist as she was twirled around while Fergal held her closely before she was put down.
