"Sam please, don't do this again" I pleaded.
"Do what?" he asked.
"Don't act stupid. I don't want to be leaded on, then later dumped over something stupid, again." I explained, getting a little irritated.
"It wasn't stupid! You were with another male!" Wow, that was his argument.
"Now you're accusing me of cheating. Is that it?! You think I'm a whore!" I was pissed at this point. Boy, make your move... and carefully because I'm about done with your bullshit.
"No! I'm just saying you should've just had one guy on your list... ME!" He somewhat yelled.
"That's beyond stupid! You're so freaking possessive, it makes me sick! You have female friends don't you?! Why couldn't I have guy friends?!" I yelled back a tad, just a tad, louder.
"Because you're a girl and I'm a guy. You do as I say" he stated, calmly.
OH
HELL
TO
THE
NO.
"Maybe in your twisted little head, but buddy, news-flash: we're in the real world and I have the right to hang out with whoever I want and make my own choices. Got it? You don't own me. You don't choose for me. And you certainly won't ever, because your dumbass ain't getting another damn bullet to shoot" I stormed out of the room, proudly, but also sobbing. Yes, I was crying. I ran to try to find somebody, preferably Marlene, to help me get out of the house as soon as possible, but no luck.
"OW!" someone slammed into me, as I fell to the ground.
"Oh my God! Melissa are you o- wait." Jc cut himself off, as he pulled me up and examined my face "you're crying... why?" his face expression flushed into a concerned one.
"Um... nothing. Have you seen Mars? I wanna get out of here" I sniffed.
"She's talking to Con" he pointed at the laughing couple dancing quince ridiculously.
"Oh, damn. I don't wanna interrupt that" I frowned.
"Do you wanna take a walk with me?" he asked.
"Um... I don't wanna bother" I shook my head.
"No! It's no bother" he assured me with his beautifully sweet smile.
"But, uh... Lia? She won't be mad?" I asked. I don't wanna be a homewrecker, especially with Lia she's a total sweetheart.
"She's a friend, Melissa. Chill. But, no she won't" he smiled.
"Then, ok. I would like that very much, thank you" I answered, as he held my hand and dragged me out the front door. We started walking on the sidewalk.
"So... can I have an explanation of the watery and red eyes, please" Jc started.
I sighed "Sam" was all I could say.
"Ooo... yeah, I heard about y'all's break up" Jc looked down.
"Yeah..." I sniffed "it's just he's so ignorant and sexist and he wants me to get back together with him and I don't know what to do" I bursted into tears at that moment.
"Hey, hey, hey" Jc stopped me from walking any further; he looked at me and wiped away my tears with his thumb. "Don't cry. You're a beautiful girl and I hate to see you cry."
I sniffed "Awww..." I smiled, softly.
"There you go, there's that million dollar smile" he said, making me giggle a bit.
