part 5 ~ the towel

"Lord, Cole, what the hell happened?"

"KJ... KJ got hit by a bicycle, he's at the first aid, he's isn't in danger, but he is injured."

"Okay, slow down, we're going to the hospital later, but first we're going to clean you up. Okay. Oh and before I help you, are you drunk?"

"No, I had a good meal and didn't drink so much."

"Well, I am a good cook, lets go, you look like you've committed a murder."

"Thanks."

She laughed and then got a towel to clean his face.

"I'm going to give you some clothes of KJ, You don't have a lot of choices, cause he locks his bedroom door, so you'll have to take some washed clothes."

She gave him a sweater and sweatpants. He started to take of his shirt and Lili noticed his abs, trying not to stare.

"Like what you see," he asked.

"Oh shut up, do you really need to this her?"

"Yes."

He put the sweater un and then pulled his jeans down. Lili looked away and Cole put on the sweatpants.

When he was done Lili turned around and punched him.

"Lets go, we need to walk, cause I have no license and you've had some drinks and you don't have your bicycle."

"Then we're going on your bike."

She groans, but then agrees.

She gets her bike and she jumps on the back of it.

"Hold on tight," Cole says and she does.

There they are, on their way to the hospital.

When they get there, KJ is sitting at a bench by the door, he looks fine.

When he notices them he says: "It wasn't so bad, I'm fine. Lets go home."

"Okay Lili, you ride to your home and we'll walk," Cole says.

"No, you take KJ on my bike and I'll walk, I'll be fine," She says, but she isn't really sure.

'Really?" Cole asks worried.

She nods.

"Then at least give me your number, so I can call you when it's taking too long."

She gives him her number and he calls her, so she has his too.

Lili gives Cole her keys, cause he will be home before her and then they leave.

Cole is worried, what if something happens to her, he won't be able to forgive himself.

Lili is scared, 5 A.M. and she's walking around alone, in the dark. She starts to run when she hears a strange noise and rustles in the groves. Her breath is heavy and she's running as hard as she can, then she sees her home.

Cole saw her coming and he opens the door.

"He, calm down, your safe," he shushes.

He hugs her and she's getting calm, they walk to the couch where Lili slowly drifts of to sleep on Cole his lap.

KJ wakes up and looks at his phone; 1.00 P.M., he walks downstairs and sees Cole and Lili sleeping on the couch. We walks to them and wakes them up.

"Bye Lili," he says and pushes her towards the stairs.

She smiles lightly at Cole as a thank you and then goes to her room.

"Really KJ? Why are you so mean, what did she do?"

KJ groans and gets some milk.

"She's weird, ugly and annoying."

"She isn't ugly, she isn't weird and she isn't annoying either. I get it, you can't stand each other, but she does take care of you, she cleaned the whole house and it was your party, you didn't even thank her. She went to the hospital with me, after you got yourself into trouble, just thank her for once."

KJ shrugs and then goes to the living room to put on a movie. Maybe Cole was right, he could be a bit nicer to Lili, he was going to try.

The next day when Lili woke up she went downstairs to shower. Her clothes he did in the washing machine and then started that.

She's done showering and wants to dress, but then notices that she didn't bring any clothes and that everything is in the washing machine.

She decides to just walk to her room; cause KJ is always in his, so there will be no one on her way.

She puts the towel on tight and walks into the kitchen. She hears a familiar laugh and looks to her right.

"Looking good Lils."

"Oh, shut up Cole."

"Can I know why you're only in a towel or is that private?" he asks naughty.

"I forget my clothes and my pajama was in the was machine," she explains.

"I thought you were smart, that's what everyone says."

"Bye Cole," she said and then walked upstairs. A smile was growing on her face and then she opens her bedroom door.

She thinks back to Friday, to their kiss, how they kissed again and never talked about that. She liked it, it was fantastic, Cole had the same thought; he was thinking about it the whole time and didn't listen to anything KJ said, his head was only thinking about her.

Only it was forgotten quickly, that next Monday it was like that party never happened, nobody talked about it. Nobody said anything about Lili and Cole, only Cole and Lili didn't forget it.

That week they didn't speak, Lili was in her room almost everyday and only came out for dinner. She didn't want to talk to Cole; she thought that it didn't mean anything to him, that it was a bad memory for him.

Lili had just survived another school week and KJ was leaving for some camp this weekend, so everything would be calm, no Cole, no KJ next to her at the table and peaceful showers.

Lili's is reading in her room thinking about how she'll never speak to Cole again, but then her phone goes off.

Cole, appears on the screen.
