Well, where do I start ? I guess I better introduce Ellie and how she ended up in America -
Ellie (Le for short) May Bridget is an eighteen year old girl from Ireland. She and her best friend, Kayla, are in their last year in school.
Fun Fact - Ellie actually attends an all girl, Irish, boarding school.
Anyway - All the other girls in her year (FYI there is only 12 other girls in her year) still haven't decided what they want to do with their lives once they leave secondary/high school.
And coincidentally enough, the principal has a very close relative who is also the principal of a secondary/high school in America. So the two principals organized for the students of the school in Ireland to go to America for two months, to get inspiration.
And instead of staying in hotels they will stay in the students, from the age of 16-18 years old, houses, although they won't have to attend the school in America, unless they want to, of course.
