SCAVENGER
Ceren stares intensely at Kylo Ren. Stormtroopers rush at the two and Ceren gets into fighting position.
"Don't harm the girl," the distorted voice says, shocking the Jedi. The Stormtroopers sock Poe with their blaster and Ceren attacks the troopers with expertise as they try to get ahold of Poe. More come to surround the girl, with their guns raised.
"Ceren, run!" Poe exclaims as he is being dragged away.
"Poe-"
"No, now is not the time to fight!" he calls out, "Go!"
Ceren hesitates and Ben Solo keeps his eyes on the girl. Ceren looks around studying what is in front of her. She notices a gap that is towards the direction that BB-8 had went. Ceren makes a daring run, lightsaber in hand. She swiftly cuts the laser sword down as some Stormtroopers lunge at her. Ceren runs like hell. She runs and runs...she runs like she did the day of the destruction of the Temple. Ceren sense blasts being shot from behind her and she swiftly deflects them off of her sword and back to where they came from.
"I said not to harm her!" Ren says furiously. Ceren here this and her heart flutters but she quickly ignores the feeling.
"But sir, she's getting away," a trooper says in protest.
"I don't care...she's not what we came here for."
Ceren runs, her lungs burn and her legs ache. Off in the distance she hears the screams of all the people. Tears threaten to spill from Ceren's eyes and she can feel the shutter in the force...it wasn't large but she can still feel it. Her heart shatters once more. An explosion is soon heard from behind her and she lets out a small sob, falling to her knees. The memories flood through her of what happened on that one fateful night that changed her entire life.
Ceren pushed those memories back and wipes the tears away quickly. She has to find BB-8. She wasn't sure how far the little droid went but she knew she had to try to find him at Niima Outpost. This droid had a piece of the map to Master Skywalker and Ceren knew she couldn't let it fall into the wrong hands. Maybe it was time for Ceren to face her past and finally find Master Skywalker and General Organa, but fear engulfed her at the thought of it.

Ceren had been walking for hours trying to reach Niima Outpost. Her lips were dry and cracking and her throat was burning. The sun was up and it had quickly heated the desert planet making it a little more difficult for Ceren to travel, especially when she didn't have any water.
She had stopped and rested up a bit in the middle of the night but she sleep did not find her easily as her dreams were filled with nightmares. Ceren didn't rest long, just enough to gain a little more energy before she had continued on with her journey.
