Chapter 4.

"D'you mind dropping Danno off at school, Case? Since i brought you that car.. " From the moment i had first sat in the comfy leather seats, i realised my dad would use this to the maximum. This just proves i wasn't wrong.

"Sure " I sighed, i didn't mind though, i was still glowing from yesterday..

"Get in the car Kiddo. "

"Thanks Case. " he handed me an envelope full of cash and i looked down to it in confusion and awe.

"I'm away on business for 3 weeks, up in scotland. This should keep you going but i've also transferred quite abit into your bank account. " It was like a blow to the gut. I raised an eyebrow Jamie. How was i going to look after a four year old and a 9 year old rebellious boy? I sighed again.

"I don't have a bank ac-" He smiled sheepishly and pulled out a barclays card from his wallet and slid it onto the kitchen side. I looked down at it and saw the silvery letters 'C R FRANCO'. This was really happening!

"I believe in you, Cass! You can do this, its a big step for you and a big one for me. This is a really important business trip! I could make my own business of this" He spoke fast but a hopeful smile cracked on his face. I nodded and it turned to relief.

"thank you so much! I leave today whilst you're at college and Jamie will be at foundation till 3 the same as Dan at school. "

"Okay dad, I'll be able to pick em' up about 4.30 most days. "

"Yep, they can stay at after school club. " He kissed my forehead and left the kitchen.

"OH could you-"

"Take Jamie to school? Sure. " I smiled, but it was a tired one.

I plucked Jamie from her chair and carried her to the car. She could be a stubborn little madam sometimes! Danny was already becoming like me, head banging to his music. I grinned slyly and turned the music up as the engine came to life. He removed his headphones as soon as he heard Fall out boy playing on the cd player.

I looked into the backseat just to make sure Jamie was strapped into the car seat properly. Once i was satisfied she was i pulled out of the drive way. I looked like the youngest parent ever.. I'd have had Danny at the ripe old age of 11. I didn't even want to think about it. Or the fact Tyson was old enough to be their dad..

"Have a great day, remember stay at school till 4.30, i'll be here to pick you up okay?" I unbuckled Jamie.

"Okay. " Jamie replied in the cutest voice. She looked to me with such innocence in her eyes, i used to have that.. I laughed to myself briefly before she planted a kiss on my cheek. I smiled and ruffled her long blond hair. She got that from our mum. But Danno? He had my dads hair, just like me..

"You're dads just upped and left? " Hunter gasped as he opened my car door, like a gentleman.

"Sort of.. But i don't know, its good for him. He hasn't been like this since.. You know. "

Hunter nodded and kept his mouth shut. He knew when to.

"We still on for today? " And suddenly my day seemed to brighten. I noticed the warm air and that blue eyed boy was walking majestically beside Hunter and I. All i could do was nod and smile.

"Tonight?" Hunter piped up all bright eyed and bushy tailed. I recognized that glint in his eyes.

"I said today because i didn't want it to sound like that... " Tyson laughed pushing Hunter softly. Hunter laughed evilly, not to mention OTT, in response.

"You ok?" Tysons sharp gaze was now on me as i nodded feebly.

"She has to look after her sister and kid brother for three whole weeks! He dad only warned her today and he's leaving To- day" He explained for me and i smiled gratefully. Tyson raised an eyebrow.
