to anyone suffering from depression, anxiety, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, adhd, ocd, psd, personality disorder, eating disorder, bpd, autism, antisocial personality disorder, physical abuse, major depressive disorder, physical disorders, suicidal disorder, feeling sad, fighting with your family or friend, heartbroken, lonely, unhappy or even just stressed and others, just know that YOU ARE NOT ALONE. please don't try to kill yourselves just because something goes well in your life. it WILL get better. trust me. i have been through so many friendship breakups and i know it hurts, but you still need to carry on with life. i am now happy and i feel where i need to be. if i didn't make the decision of putting the knife, pills and my own hand down, i wouldn't be typing this. it will get better. everyday remind yourself that you can make through the day no matter how hard it is, you will wake up the next day and say i made it through yesterday, i can do it again. if you just failed an exam, its okay. you have other chances to pass it. so many people are killing themselves because they woke up that day and decided to end it all. we are losing so many people everyday because of something going wrong in their lives. if you are being bullied do not listen to them. everyone is unique in their own way and beautiful on both the inside and out. your mistakes are just mistakes. its okay. i hope you made it to the end of this post. put that rope, knife, pills, drink down and say that you WILL make it through today and will make it through everyday for the rest of your life. if you need help, call your country's suicidal hotline. everything will get better. if you know anyone who is suffering, share this to them and please show your support for them. you dont want to lose them. trust me. you are precious. you will make it through today and tomorrow and the next day and the next and until your day you die of old age.
