Guess who's back? (::

*5 days later*

I haven't seen Tyler or Josh since that one time a couple days ago. Jenna and Sara has been at the shop a couple times and grabbed a drink.

It was Saturday night and I was looking out the window into the darkness of the night while thinking about the holidays to come.

"Hey [Y/N]." I turned around to see Max putting on his appron. "Looks like we have a shift together tonight, so you're stuck with me for the night."

"Thank god" I said whilst hugging him. We haven't had a shift together in what felt like forever even though I saw him two days ago.

The shop was empty tonight. I guess people were spending their weekend some other place than a dead coffee shop in the middle of Columbus.

Max and I just talked for about half an hour until the bell rang, signalling that someone had walked in.

"Hi guys" Jenna waved with Sara behind her, smiling at me.

"Oh, the regulars. Hi ladies" I laughed, but then more people started to walk in and I got tense.

What if THEY came? I thought. I really didn't want to talk to Tyler or Josh again after what happened last time.

But they didn't. It was just Brendon and some other guy that I hadn't seen before.

"Ah, [Y/N]! Good to see you again, buddy!" Brendon held out his hand, signalling he wanted a high-five.

"Sup buddy"I giggled and high-fived him.

Max took their orders and I handed the drinks to them as they were ready. They stayed at the counter instead of finding a table.

"[Y/N], you said you knew Tyler and Josh since you were kids right?" Jenna asked and I nodded.

"That must mean you also know what they were like when they were teenagers" Jenna continued and I nodded again, slowly. I wasn't happy about the fact that the conversation topic was Tyler and Josh.

"[Y/N], please tell us what teenager Tyler and Josh were like. Tyler refuses to tell me about it because he thinks it's embarrassing." Jenna smiled and looked at me with hope in her eyes.

"Well then.." I said and cracked my fingers, like I was about to deliver the greatest speech ever known to mankind.

And I was. Well maybe not if you ask Tyler, but the story about him ripping his shorts at a basketball match is legendary if you ask ME.

"Once apon a time there was a boy named Tyler.." I started and they looked at me, waiting for more.

I told them about how Tyler was shy but really loved basketball and I was about halfway into the story when the door opened and the bell rang.

I ignored the door and continued. "And then Tyler runs towards the ball and bends over to pick it up!" I said and the other laughed so much.

"And as soon as he bends over.." I continued.

"[Y/N] STOP! YOU'RE RUINING MY IMAGE FOR GODS SAKE!!" Tyler shouted whilst running up to the counter and Jenna laughed harder.

"[Y/N], you're so mean!" Tyler said, trying to be serious. 

"But it's hilarious Tyler!" I laughed, defending myself.

"I didn't go to school for 3 days after that game." Tyler told Jenna and the others.

Tyler and I spent the next hour or so, taking turns telling cringeworthy stories about eachother. It was as if he never left, like all the hate I had towards him was gone. I wish I could say the same about Josh but he wasn't here. He was probably with Debby. 

The image of them kissing crossed my mind and I pinced myself to get rid of it.

Tyler noticed and held my hand for a second, smiling at me.

Tyler knew that when I pinched myself then something was up. That something bothered me and he knew exactly how to make it better.

He remembered

I smiled back at him and looked at the clock hanging above the door. 45 minutes until closing time.

A couple minutes went by and Tyler was in the middle of the story about me falling down the stairs infront of the entire school.

"You looked so silly [Y/N]!" Tyler laughed.

"Who doesn't look like an idiot when they are falling down the stairs" I said, holding up my hands.

The bell rang again but no one looked towards the door. They were busy listening to Tyler.

"Hi guys, what are we laughing about?"

Oh no.

I looked up and saw him. Josh.

"Oh my god, [Y/N]! I've missed you!" Josh smiled and I rolled my eyes.

I'm sure you have.

"Where is Debby?" Jenna asked-

"She's busy with filming for a new netflix thing." Josh answered.

"Woooow, good for her!" Sara said and rolled her eyes.

I laughed at Saras response.

"Hey! I'm proud of my girlfriend ok?" Josh said.

I cringed.

"Sorry to interrupt guys, but we are closing now." Max said.

Thank god.

I put on my jacket and started to walk out.

"Bye [Y/N]!" Jenna said and waved at me.

I waved back and continued walking.

Then someone grabbed my hand, making me stop.

I looked behind me and saw him.

"Let me walk you home." Josh said.

"What?"
