*August 14th 1989
"Mykie can you get the post please" i heard Dad calling "OK dad" i went to the window and there was an Owl i hadn't seen before out side. i took the letters from the owl confused. i soon realised what they were "Cedric come here!" i screamed he came to the window "what?" i handed him the letter and his face lit up "we are going to Hogwarts!" he gave me a hug and he ran out of the room.
"Dad We are going to Hogwarts"

And that is how my 11th birthday began. Cedric is my twin brother, im nothing like Cedric though, Although we are really close he is kind and smart and loyal, where as i am Kind but bloody hell i am NOT smart i mean im kinda loyal but i guess i have a bad first impression so i don't have many friends. so any ways lets get on with it should we.

*September 1st 1989*
"Mykie you have to get up or well be late for Hogwarts" i slowly woke up and saw Dad looking over me. "Ok dad ill get up in a minute. I got up and got i did my make up in as nice a way as , i have to make a good impression i wont have any friends, not that i have any anyway.
"Mykie hurry up we have to go" i threw my robes and my make-up bag into my trunk and i ran downstairs.the tain would be leaving in 5 minutes, i grabbed Dads arm and we were on the platform, i gazed around in awe.The whistle went " ill see you two at Christmas, bye""bye dad" i said as i stepped on the train. I found an empty compartment i sat as close to the window as physically possible. after a few minutes two boys came to the door, "hey can we sit here all the other compartments are full or Slytherin compartments" "oh yeah sure" they sat down "HI im Mykie Diggory" "Im Fred Weasley" sat the boy who sat next to me " and im George" sat the boy who was sat opposite me "what year are you in ?" asked Fred "this is my first year" "its ours too" "my brother is in our year too" we spent the train ride talking about hogwarts and what houses we would be in Fred ad George think they will be in Gryffindor, so do i but i think Cedric will be in Hufflepuff or Ravenclaw. "we should go put our robes on i expect we will be arriving soon"
