The Fallen

The ODST squad known as 'The Fallen' are not your ordinary group of ODSTs they have all been gathered from the remains of their previous squads who have died in battle to form a new one.

Captain James Marco was looking over the files of the ODST he had gathered for a mission on the newly inhabited planet known as Deltaro.

Lieutenant Johnathan Summers

Former squad: Fire Birds

Background- Squad was on a mission behind enemy lines to destroy Covenant AA guns but were ambushed only leaving 2 members alive

Sergeant Andrea Freis

Former squad: The Fierce

Background- Squad had sustained heavy damage in a firefight with insurrectionists and the medic on the team had brought her away while the rest were decimated.

Sergeant Drew Mathews

Former squad: Eagle 6

Background- The Squad's Pelican had been shot down while on the way to the objective only leaving few survivors that had been bleeding out or dead, leaving only him when marines had investigated the crash.

Private 1st class Arthur Ken

Former squad: The Fierce

Background-Was the medic for his squad and had brought his Sergeant away to receive medical attention while the rest were killed in the gunfight.

Private 1st class Mich Connor

Former squad: The Scorpions

Background- Squad had been sent on a stealth mission only to run into a patrol of Elites and Jackals and were overrun and left to die only for him to crawl away and radio for assistance.

Private Gregory Dean

Former Squad: Fire Birds

Background- Was a new recruit but on his first mission with his squad they were ambushed only survivors were him and his squad's leader.

He then closed the files and had called all of them into his control room. They had all entered each wearing a suit of Black ODST armor with a White secondary.

"Hello sir, I was wondering why you chose all of us for this mission." John said wondering why he was paired with all these other soldiers from different squads.

"Well Lieutenant the ODST are sent on dangerous missions all the time as you all know and have experienced. So I decided that having a bunch of lone ODSTs won't do any good on a mission, so you all have been gathered here to form a new team that I have decided to call 'The Fallen'." James said explaining the idea to them.

"But sir how can you expect us to work with soldiers we don't even know." Drew said questioning the Captain's decision.

"Well this will only be temporary. You all will be sent on one mission and if it doesn't work out you can decide if you want to leave the new team." He said to them trying to be polite as possible.

"Well sir what is our mission?" Arthur asked him with his voice cracking a little from nervousness.

"You all will be going to the newly inhabited planet now called Deltaro. The Captain there known as a Tomas Myres has requested assistance since the insurrection has shown up and is now trying to take the planet from UNSC control." James explained to them as he brought up an image of a lush green planet with many bodies of water.

"He will explain your objective when you arrive at the base that has been established there." He said as he waved the team off to board a ship and go to Deltaro.
