The Old Soul's Guide to Poetry: simply a collection of poems that I've written over the past year.
Rewriting Faith:
To truly understand what goes on in someone's mind, you have to read their writing, listen to their singing, find their doorway to their thoughts. This doorway has no boarders. It is something everyone has, that anyone else can access. If they can find it.
Prologue to Rewriting Faith:
she was told that she was depressed. she was given a pill bottle of the stuff that was supposed to make her happy. she smiled and forced them to believe that she was going to be okay.
she downspiraled and her smiles became bigger, yet her hope began to fade.
she read about how people used to send messages down rivers and streams and oceans in glass bottles.
she did just that, instead with poetry in which each word mimicked her pain that she could not express any other way.
Both stories are a work in progress, and the poetry one I will continue to add on to continuously. Or, at least until I hit Wattpad's chapter limit.
