-CHAPTER ONE- Heiress and Heirs

"Mia,earth to Miss. Querminez?"Abby starts as she waved her hand in front of Mia's face.

"Abby stop it. I'm just looking at Elisie,thats all."Mia speaks in her American accent with annoyance.

"Why are you even looking at her?Its not like she's pretty or anything."Abby says as she rolls her blue eyes.

"Its because Daddy said that I have to study on one of the Flourence's new heiress."Mia said as she writes down on her notes.

"You are full of 'Daddy says that' why can't he leave you alone for once,you have been stressed because of your Daddy."Abby states while she glares at Mia.

"Don't glare at me like that,its because they made me grew up as an obedient child,and I always obey my parents."Mia replies coldly as she saw André and Chloe snogging in front of them.

"What are yo-- Oi!André!Chloe!go somewhere else that's private!for crying out loud!"Abby shouts while glaring at both of them.

Then the couple stops and looked at
Abby,and Finally walks away.

"Oh god.They just don't stop."Mia muttered as she stood up and left.

{Mia's House.}

"Mia  hija, have you got the information of that Elisie girl?"Mia's Father asked.

"Yes Daddy,when you mean it all,I have them all."Mia says as she gave a peice of paper to him.

"Did you check if its real?"Her Father asked.

"Yes Daddy. All of it is real."Mia reassures his father with victory in her eyes.

"That's my girl.But if ever she messes with you,you know what to do."her Daddy said

"Yes Daddy,I am Querminez,I fight and I always win."Mia said while smirking.

{Guentiva's house}
"AJ!come down here."Mrs.Guentiva shouted.

"Coming mother."Aj said and Aj hurries down stairs.

"Aj,do you have it?"his Mother asked.

"Yes mother,its all  here."Aj handed a piece of paper.

"Very good on studying on that Querminez girl."his Mother said as she scanned the paper,not even looking at him.

"Mother what is your interest on Iliana by the way?"Aj asks with curiosity.

"Nothing dear,its just she is the heiress of the Querminez Family, and your a Guentiva heir its a competition between heirs and Heiresses."Aj's mother explained while smirking a little.

'Being a heir is not that easy mom.'Aj thought, he knew he would never answer his mother in that tone.

"You are dissmissed."His Mother said it a low voice,and Aj nodded as a reply.

"Remeber Aj, win or lose you will still hold the name of Guentiva."His mother added.
And again Aj just nod.

{Pasific Visto High}

"Oi!Mia!wait up."Abby Leriniziso a half Japanese and Half American girl(I havent introduce Abby earlier)and the Bestfriend of Mia.

"Oh,sorry I got caught up on the bulletin board, our month of activities is  coming up, and I'm joining the essay writing."Mia stated while smiling devilishly.

"1,Your scary 2, your so full of yourself 3,why the hell are you joining essay?your way  better at sports." Abby replied bluntly.

"Well since academic is important than your nonsense topic, I'd rather write an essay than being sweaty at a court."Mia said savagely to Abby.

"Your rude Mia."Abby said while pouting.

"I'm a Querminez,I'm just defending my stand."Mia said while laughing a little.

"You and your last name."Abby says then walks away with Mia.

(Mia and Abby's Part)

"Why did you bring me here?!I'm too lazy to write stuff!"Abby burst while groaning.

"Shut it, or I will tell auntie Kryzlly that you're not joining."Mia replied while smirking.

"Fine."Abby said in defeat.

"Okay, so this is everyone?"Asked sir  Vince.

"Yes sir."everyone answered.

"So everyone meet our new Editor-in-chief, Ms. Maria Iliana  Angelic Querminez."Sir Vince said and everyone applouded.

"And our Assosiate Editor-in-cheif is Mr. André James Guentiva."Sir Vince announced again and  Mia's eyes grew wide so as Abby's and everyone was clapping except for them.

"Objection."Mia said as she stood up.

"Yes Miss Querminez?"Asked Sir Vince.

"Abby should be the A.E.I.C. because she has been in the publication for 5 years and a new comer just became the A.E.I.C.?it isn't fair."Mia defended Abby while shooting glares at Aj.

"I'm sorry,um,Miss Querminez but I don't want to offend Miss Leriniziso but she is too lazy to make articles instead I will just put Mr. Guentiva in with an updated data in his status."Sir Vince said clearly and sternly.

Everyone was not afraid of sir Vince but they were all afraid to Mia who was so angry but silently glaring at André and muttering word that your couldn't understand, to be spesific it was spanish. As Mia walked out of the room with loud shut from the door, everyone was still shocked that she has the powers to say that to a teacher.

"Excuse me sir I better catch up on Mia."Abby cleared her throat and walked out of the office. Abby was still shocked that for all the years of hardwork she wasn't A.E.I.C., Mia was right she should be the one on that possition not a new comer.

"Mia its okay, your really did not have to do that."Abby said weakly while smiling.

"No!its not fair!You have been in the Publication for 5 years and they will just make you a Science and Technology editor?that is off limits."She said while crossing her arms.

"I don't really care if  I'm not A.E.I.C. its not necessary."Abby said bluntly.

"Fine, as long as your good at Scitech." Mia said while laughing.

{Leriniziso's Manor}
(After Classes)

"Abby, why  aren't you the A.E.I.C.?"Kryzlly Leriniziso, Abby's mother asked.

"Sir Vince said that I was too lazy to make articles,that's why I was replaced."Abby said calmly.

"Well that's a better answer, its fine atleast your still at the editor's board."Her mother said casually.

"Well that's unacceptable."Charlz Leriniziso burst in, its Abby's father.

"Father I can explain."Abby said in a horrified tone.

"No, I don't need explanations,I have raised you well and all you give to me is a "Abby Luiza Leriniziso is the new Science and Technology editor"?!That is not acceptable! you should be the A.E.I.C.!"Her Father shouted at her with anger.

"Charlz!You are giving her too much pressure!Stop it!"Kryzlly shouted at Charlz with anger.

"MOM!DAD!STOP IT!I'm so sick that you two always fight because of this!Dad atleast appriciate my achivements even if they're little!"Abby shouted at the both of them while crying,and then Abby walked out of the study.

"Honey I- di-"BAAM! the door shut, Abby's father did not have the chance to say sorry to his sweet daughter.
