The reader's quirk is gonna be time manipulation. They can stop, slow down, and speed up time. It doesn't effect the reader though.

This was it. You were finally gonna take the U.A. entrance exam. You had been waiting for this day your whole life.
You pushed your way through the crowd and found your seat. You were sat next to an ash blond male who looked very pissed off. "What's his deal?" You thought to yourself. You must have been staring at him too long because he noticed.
"What do you want extra?" He practically barked at you.
"N-nothing!" You squealed and looked away. Present Mic told everyone what they would be doing for the exam.

"You got this (y/n). Just breath. Everything will be al-"
"The clock starts now!" A loud voice interrupted you from your thoughts.
"Huh?!"
"Go! There are no count downs in real battles!"
You looked to the doors, only to see everyone was already fighting robots. You need to move quick. You ran and were immediately faced with a bunch of robots surrounding you. "This is my chance!" You slowed down time and quickly deactivated all the robots.
You repeated the process until you heard a loud crash behind you. You turned around to see that a giant robot resembling the zero-point robot from the screen in the auditorium. "Where does U.A. get the money for all this stuff?!" You saw people frozen in fear. "Now's my chance to act!" You slowed time again and ran to robot. You crawled your way to its head and threw some knives into it. You were reaching your limit and time went back to normal. Soon after you passed out and started falling to the ground only to have a certain ash blond catch you.
"You damn extra! What the hell were you thinking?!" He shouted only to realize you were unconscious. "Shit." He mumbled to himself.

When you woke up you were in an infirmary. "How did I get here?" Today's events replayed in your head. "Oh... yeah."
You looked around the room and saw a familiar face sleeping on chair next to you. He woke up and noticed you staring.
"What the hell do you want?" He said in softer tone than when you spoke to him earlier.
"Ah! I just- ... you- ... thank you." You managed to say.
"Yeah. It better not fucking happen again."
"What's your name?"
"What should it matter to you?"
"Well... you saved me. So I thought... I don't know... I thought I should know your name." You got no response.
Your short lived conversation was interrupted by an old woman walking through the door.
"Ah! I see your awake. I contacted your parents. They're on their way now."
"Thank you ma'am."
"Oh, it's really nothing dearie, but you shouldn't push yourself that hard. It really strained your muscles." And with that she left the room again. Leaving you alone with the male on your right.
"Bakugou."
"Huh?"
"My name is Katsuki Bakugou. And don't you forget it." With that said, he left the room.
"Katsuki Bakugou, hmmm. Well that's one name I'll be sure not to forget."
