The horizon in front of me is wide, it's so wide that it makes me think, that possibilities are always endless. Makes me think of what my life would have been, what it could have been.
I thought my life was perfect, my music career is on the way up. I'm doing what I love to do, which is music. I'm living the life I've always wanted. I thought I got everything I need, everything I prayed for.
I looked back again at the vast field in front of me, it always makes me wonder, what if I didn't met her on that rainy night? What if she didn't talked to me? What if she just walked away and never looked back.
What if life treated me differently, what if life was much easier? What if my life is not that complicated? What if... too many what ifs.
What if God answered my prayers back then?
I smiled as the rain slowly drops to the ground, reminding me of that fateful night, how her gentle smile warm the coldness in my heart, how I started to love the rain that I always used to hate, because now it will always remind me of her.
I caught a glimpse of the ring on my finger. I've always thought I will end up with Hani, but fate had other ideas. I guess we're not meant to end up together like just what we've always prayed and hoped for.

"I told you right? You're really good! I'm so happy Hyunsik." Hani said jumping and twirling in excitement in front of me.
We are outside of Cube Entertainment, I just got accepted in the company to become one of their composers. Hani, my girlfriend is very excited and happy upon learning about it.
"When will I get to hear your song on the radio? I want to scream and shout, my boyfriend wrote that song everyone!!!" she said grinning widely.
Her giddiness makes me pinch her nose. "When I get to debut, you'll make a song for me right? Right Hyunsik? I want to get to sing your song." she asked me with a pout.
"Hmmm... I am not sure, should I?" I replied teasingly to her, which made her pout some more.
"Yah! Im Hyunsik! You made a promise!!" she screamed, scowling at me.
"Hahaha, you know I can't say no to you." I said pulling her closed to me as I chuckled loudly at her cute reaction.
She looked up to me and smile widely.
We are both happy at the start of my success as this is what we both always hoped for to happen. It was always our dream to be both in the music industry, her singing and performing while me at composing music.
Hani and I grew up together, we were each other's bestfriend, confidante and lover. I think we both know we have feelings for each other and we know its more than just for friends. We never had the awkward stage of hiding our feelings like normal friends into lovers do. We just knew. We acknowledged it immediately and became happy as it is.
Our family and friends were not surprised when we told them about us, I guess we are quite obvious even before we started going out.
