"And I'll walk this road ahead..One hundred miles on my hands..

Do I need to show you? Guess I gotta show you..And if you don't believe me now, I'll flip this whole world upside down..

Do I need to show you? Guess I gotta show you" I sang and played my guitar along to Shawn Mendes' song before the door flew open

"Honey, it's time for school." my mom said before closing the door

I closed my laptop and decided to get dressed for this prison called "school".

Once I got done I ran downstairs for breakfast, I basically was tripping over my own feet trying to get there. I love food.

I sat down at the table and ate the breakfast mom made for me. I got up to

wash my dish when my mom stopped me.

"Wait, close your eyes." she instructed

I hesitantly closed them and was scared for what the surprise was. After awhile I heard her footsteps coming back towards me.

"Open your eyes." she started "Here you go." she continued putting something into my hand

I opened my eyes to see a Magcon ticket. They were coming to my city in 3 days. My birthday was on the same day. And I would finally get to meet my idol!

I screamed so loud my mom covered her ears. I jumped up and gave her a tight hug.

"Thank you! Thank you!" I squealed kissing her cheek repeatedly

"Your welcome, now get your butt to school!" she laughed

I grabbed my backpack and ran to catch the bus.

I couldn't think straight the whole

bus ride to school.

I walked through the school doors and everyone's gaze was on me. I don't have many friends. No one really liked me. It used to bother me but I got used to it.

I walked to my locker and put my head into it I screamed silently because I was going to meet the boy of my dreams in 3 days. I got my stuff and walked to my class after that little moment. Not much people know I'm obsessed with Magcon especially Shawn.

School felt like it was longer today, probably because I wanted it to go by faster.
