BEEP BEEP BEEP. I sat up in bed and grabbed my phone to turn off the alarm but was almost blinded in the process. Ugh why should I be up the suns not even up yet. I walked to the closet grabbed a purple strapless dress. I was about to step into the shower when i heard the familiar ring on my phone.

I put my phone on the Ihome and jumped into the shower. When I got out of the shower I wrapped the towel around my body and blow dryed my hair. Once it was dry I quickly straightened my hair and applyed a little bit of make up just to take away the shine.
Ant day now Summer if you don't hurry your gonna be late for your first day.
Hold your horses I still have 5 minutes.
I finished drying off I slipped the dress on grabbed a pair of white infinity tennis shoes and my bag. I ran down the stairs slipped my shoes on and ran out the door.
Scotty: you took long enough
ME: Leave me alone I'm right on time.
Scotty: Whatever you say. by the way you look good today you excited to start school today.
ME: not really
Scotty opened the door and helped me in he ran to the other side and got in. He started the truck and backed out of my drive way. After a short drive we pulled into a big parking lot filled with cars. SCotty jumped out and ran over to my door and halped me out. He grabbed my hand an led me to the front office. I got mt schedual and started to look it over.
Scotty: Let me see it I wanna know if we have any classes together
he takes the paper from my hands and looks at it for a minute.
Scotty: Looks like we have all of the same classes
Me: Great now I have to put you with you all day.
Scotty: Hey that's not nice
ME: whoever told you I was nice lied
Scotty: True. come on I want you to meet the rest of my friends
Scotty lead me down a hallway filled with people standing around talking with friends just having a good time. We walk up to a group of guys along with Gabi Will and Collin.
"Oh Scotty is this the girl you won't shut up about."
"Dude really shut up." Scotty said hitting the guy in the shoulder.
I could feel my cheeks heat up.
"Look what you did Jake you embarrassed her on her first day." Will said putting his arm around my neck.
I looked over at Scotty I could tell he wasn't happy about it.
"So Scotty you gonna introduce us or just stand there blushing?" Jake said grabbing my hand.
I quickly pulled back and hoocked arms with Scotty.
"well that idiot is jake the one next to him is Dakota and behind him is Kyle.
I smiled and did a little wave. Scotty leaned down so he could wiper something in my ear.
"you have to watch out for Jake he's a flirt."
"well catch up with y'all later I'm gonna show Summer around before class" Scotty grabbed my hand and started down the hall.
***skipping boring school***
"How was your first day Summer did you make any new friends." Mom asked setting a plate in front of me and Oliva.
"It was ok, Scotty is in alll my classes. so that makes it better and I meet the rest of his friends.
"well thats good"
"Mommy whens daddy gonna be home." Liv asked stufing her moth with mashed potatoes."
mom looked down at her plate for a moment before answering. "ummm he will be back in a few days"
"mom is everything ok" I asked trtying to figure out why she got quite all of a sudden.
"yea everythings fine. After dinner you and Sarah need to check on Blue Jeans he was acting weird this morning."
We finished dinner in silence. I quickly gathered the dishes and put them in the sink. I slipped on my boots and grabbed my jacket. Sarah was already outside waiting.
"You ready to go. I asked walking down the steps.
"Yep. so what do you think your mom was hiding at dinner.
"who knows ill ask here when we get back to the house.
We walked into the barn. I went straight to Blue Jeans stall and was greated with a soft nicker.
"Hey boy how are you."
"you see anything wrong with him" Sarah asked grabbing a bucket of food from the tack room.
"No he's fine." I dumped the feed inhis bucket and he went straight to eating.
"Lets go back to the house I have school and you sadly have to go home tomrrow night."
"Yea I almost forgot about that."
"Hey atlest you get to see your dad again.
"He will only be around for a few days then be gone again."
"I know how you feel we have been here for almost 2 weeks and I havent seen dad since the day after we got here. Any ways what time do you have to be at the airport tomorrow."
"I think 9:30"
"Good that gives us time to hang out after school."
"well im going to sleep see you tomrrow Summer."
