We Are Young And In Love

Chapter 1

Elsa Pov.

I walked out of the shower. On my bed lay the clothes I picked out to wear. A blue tank top that reaches to my hips, and white shorts that reach my thighs. The blue top had flowers all over it. It used to belong to my mom. Before she died.

I slipped my clothes on and walked outside to get breakfast. I saw Anna on the counter eating Cheerios. When she saw me she smiled. Then she looked at my shirt. I saw a tear slither down her cheek. It reminded her of mom.

"Would they be proud that we're going to college?" She asked with her voice cracking.

I ran to her and hugged her. "Yes, they would be proud." I said trying to calm her.

Anna lay her head on my chest. She started to cry. Then I sang to her one of mom's lullaby she would to us when we were sad, while stroking her head.

"Hush my darling. Sun will rise.

Don't cry my darling. Close your eyes.

The world will try, to take your happiness.

But look into my eyes, I shall forever hold you like this.

You never have to be afraid.

In my arms you shall stay.

And the fear can't get you.

As long as it's me and you.

Listen my darling. I will always love you.

Forever love my darling. For love is always true."

"I miss them." She whispered.

"Me too." I said while a tear rolled down my cheek. I kissed Anna on the head like mom would always do.

She continued to hug me and would not let go.

"Please never leave. You are the only family I have." She said.

"Same here." I replied.

Then she let go and wiped the tears from her cheeks. She began to talk about positive stuff to make me and her happy.

"You really should become a singer." She said.

"Me? No." I said while grabbing a cup of coffee.

"Yeah, you should." Said Anna with her mouth stuffed with Cheerios.

"Anna don't do that. That's gross." I said.

"Sorry what was that? I don't speak girly-girl." She said teasing me.

"Come on we're going to be late." I said.

"But you didn't eat."

"There's a cafe at college. Did you pack your stuff?" I asked.

"Yep. Up and ready to go." She said cheerfully.

Then we headed out the door and waited for the bus to come.

1 hour later....

I took a sip of coffee. Then I saw the bus come. Anna took out her phone and started recording.

"So, this is my first day of college and here's the bus." She said pointing to the bus.

"Hey are you coming in or what!?" The bus driver yelled.

"Goodness! Calm down, we'll be there in a minute!" Yelled Anna to the driver.

"Goodness people are so rude. Well, I've got to go. Bye!" Anna then stopped recording and put her phone in her bag.

She was going to get onto the bus until she turned and saw me. I was trying to pry my bag open to put my bottle of coffee in.

"Elsa, come on!" She said.

"My bag is stuck!"

"What!?" She yelled. Then Anna rushed over to my side to help open the bag. Then we saw the bus driver close the door.

"Anna! Look!" I said pointing to the bus.

We both ran after the bus. We tapped on it and yelled. "Wait! Stop! Please!"

Then as I ran I saw a boy with chocolaty brown hair run up to the bus driver. I couldn't hear what he was saying, but by reading his lips I think he was saying,

"Hey! Stop the bus! What are you doing!? I said stop the bus!"

Then I saw him push his foot down in the breaks, then open the bus door.

I ran in saying to him, "Oh my gosh, thank you so much! How can we repay you?"

"You don't have to repay me. I really did nothing." He said being modest.

"Are you kidding me? You stopped the bus for us, no one would do that. We have to repay you!" I said to him.

"No it's okay." He said.

"Well, I'm Elsa, and the girl with the white highlights is my sister Anna." I said introducing myself.

"I'm Hiccup." He said.

"That's a really cool name." I said complimenting him.

"Thanks." He replied.

"Well, I'm gonna sit down now." I said. Then I sat next to Anna.

"Well he is gorgeous. Look at those eyes." She said with dreamy eyes.

"He is a looker. But let's not thunk about that. We have to focus on school work and our grades." I said firmly.

"Elsa you are such a nerd." Anna said joking with me. I did a giggle. Then the bus headed for college.
