It was a cool autumn morning and I could feel the chilly air outside of the heated blanket. I sighed happily and my eyes started to close again when the annoying sound of my alarm clock started beeping the obnoxious noise burned my ears. I groaned and sat up looking at my room the (pastel version of fav color) walls has splashes of sunlight from the window. I blinked a few times before remembering that today was my first day at my new school. I hurriedly jumped up to get ready.
I grabbed an (f/c) hoodie and some (jeans/leggings ) and threw them on my bed then grabbed my towel to take a quick shower.
My shower didn't last long and I quickly got dressed and did some light makeup before deciding on what to do with my hair. I brushed it out and hoped that it would fix itself before going into the kitchen and grabbing my lunch, my mom left some pancakes for me before she left so I quickly ate those.
I was halfway out the door when I realized... I forgot my backpack! Iran back to my room and tossed it apart looking for it only to realize it was in my closet. I grabbed it and on my way out saw that I was going to be late if I didn't run.
'gotta go fast!' I thought to myself as I started running
My mind must've wandered off because before I knew it, I had bumped into a large purple female monster who turned around to face me.
"hey. Watch where you're going small fry. "
Her eerily calm voice sent shivered down my spine and I nodded quickly before looking down and speed walking to school.
