One year ago:

"AJ I can't do this!" I said pacing outside the gorilla. I had my debut match tonight and I was just a bundle of nerves.

That's when my trainer, AJ, spoke with amusement in her voice. " I trained you, I crafted you to be amazing. I'm not going to be here anymore and this divas division is going to need saving once again. You can do this and if you mess up the crowd doesn't know that you did, just go with the flow."

That speech got me through my first match in the WWE.

Friday Night SmackDown

• one year later •

I skipped down the hallway to the gorilla. I was up against Eva Marie, I actually smirked at my night it's was a easy one. Eva was so bad it was laughable.

"You make the rain fall, Cause you're so beautiful that it's painful. Yeah you told me that you were an angel. But I already know what you came for. You Make the Rain Fall....."

I pulled the curtain back and skipped out pausing at the ramp and looking at the crowd before continuing to skip to the ring.

I smirked as I pulled myself onto the apron and wiped off my converse before sliding under the ropes. I placed myself on the ropes and waited for Eva.

"Oh yeah, oh oh yeah..."

I watched at she swayed to the ring and got in. I waited until the ref rang the bell. We locked up before she twisted my arm and I fell to my knees and she pulled my arm further. I managed to turn around and kick her in the gut, much to the crowds pleasure.

I grabbed her hair and skipped around the ring laughing before slamming her head against the mat a few times. As you can tell I had to play the new crazy chick. I didn't like having to be the new AJ, I felt like I was taking lines from her book but if it's what WWE wanted. I was lost in my train of thought and received a kick to the rips by Eva.

I waited until she got up before taking her into a head lock and doing my favorite move of all time, a shiranui. I flew up the ropes and landed on my knees as Eva groaned in pain. I drug her to the middle of the ring before pinning her.

1...2...3...

I sighed in relief as my theme song filled the arena. I let the ref hold my hand up before skipping off and back behind the curtain. I smirked as I skipped to the locker room and decided that I wasn't going to stay anymore. I needed sleep. I quickly changed into sweat pants and a t-shirt. I slipped on my converse before grabbing my bag and headed out the locker room.

I just needed to head out in peace. I opened the doors an saw three figures in a circle talking, The Shield. They all looked up and I just awkwardly continued to walk to the hotel on the other side of the street. I turned around to look at the three men. I caught Deans eye and quickly turned around. I just wanted to know what they're talking about. I was curious.

I quickened my pace as I headed to the elevator and up to my room. My phone rang from my pocket and I recognized my best friends name on it, Danielle she was actually training down at NXT.

"Long time, no see Evans!" I said as I dropped my bag and plodded down on the bed.

"I could say the same about you. Well I know it's kinda late but I just had to tell you. I'll be moving up to the main roster in about a month." She said, which made be scream.

"No way! Danielle, we're going to run this divas division." I said smiling. "Oh and if I can beat Natalya on RAW Monday I get a shot at the title next Sunday at Night of champion."

"My best friend could be divas champion? Wow, well I need to go I have a meeting early tomorrow morning to finalize the contract with the main roster."

"Alright bye." I said ending the call and heading to the shower. I let the hot water wash over my body and sighed in relief as it ran over my rips. I looked down and saw a bruise the size of my fist. Well the girl couldn't wrestle at least she could kick pretty hard.

As I continued to shower my mind somehow went back to Dean Ambrose's cold stare and I shivered at the thought. He was different and I didn't like different.
