These are some of the animes that I've liked. some of them are violent, some of them are fantasy/supernatural. But they are all really good.

In the future, Aliens began to invade Earth. And of course, We/earth people don't buy it. After a war between aliens and Earth people, The humans begin to realize how powerful the Aliens are, The government surrenders to them. Even though most of the humans still go against the idea of living with their invader, and so the earth is roamed with both aliens and humans after that.
the story describes Gintoki, one of the strongest soldiers on the battle. decides to have a peaceful life after the battle, he started a job called 万事屋(basically, "we do anything" store) and a series of interesting events happened when people came for requests.
Genre: Humour.
Suggestion: The first 12 episodes might be boring at first, but only because they are introducing characters. I suggest to not give up watching until you are at episode 13.
