The salty air tingled Liliana's nose as she leaned against the edge of the ship, her hands resting against the railing. She drew a deep breath into her mouth, soothing the motion sickness she felt coming on. The men around her were asleep, a thing she found she couldn't do. This was the only time she could be at peace, a time to think to herself.

Each muscle screamed at her, one from each day of work she had been assigned to do, being the cabin boy certainly didn't have it's perks. Anna wondered if it was any different from being at the castle, it was the same persedure, do your work or get punished. She tried staying out of their way, doing everything they told her, not mumbling a protest even if she wanted to.

Getting orders about task others were assigned to do wasn't easy but being who she is and not wanting to be recognize, she took the bulk of work the men didn't want to do. Adding it to her already long list, atleast she was free, she wasn't at the castle anymore.

It also added a few shillings to her pocket, minus that of the men ordering her to do their task, she didn't get paid to do their share of the work but more rather they took a few coins off her for them allowing her to do their task. Like she even ask to be forced to do this.

The cool air that was brushing against her face tried to soothe her worries, giving her false hopes that all would go away. But nothing ever did, it only got worst, her mind flashed back to the incident with the prince and a shiver crawled up her skin, causing the hairs on her neck to stand on end.

She knew not where the strength came from but she was thankful that she pushed him away because deep down she didn't think she could over come that.

Hearing the door being open from the captain's quarters the thoughts in her head quickly scurried away, leaving her feeling panicked about being caught here. Quickly rushing back to the small corner she found hidden in the ship her butt connected to the hard floor, making her skin sting from the impact.

Liliana's breath came out in puffs as she quietly peaked around the corner, praying she didn't just give away this little hiding space, for it was where she slept. Each night she went into the cabin where the men slept but after they fell asleep she silently snuck out. She didn't like ridking the chance of being found out, better safe than sorry. And that was why each morning before they woke she snuck back in.

Sighing in relief when she saw no one was coming, her body finally decided it was time to try and get some rest, better than staying up and getting caught she thought as her eyes slowly drifted shut.

Struggling with the bucket raised upon her hip, her eyes gazed upon the scene before her. Lilianna watched in awe as the wind raked through his shoulder length hair, each strand whipping so wonderfully. Swallowing she slightly licked her lips, trying to get her mouth moist that had suddenly gone dry.

who is he? she had wondered the first time she saw him, he had appeared out of no where and commanded attention, she had gazed in amazement of his beauty, that was until he turned around and she saw his face fully, Liliana knew well enough that if she said he wasn't handsome that would be a lie, but she just didn't want to give him the satisfaction of admitting it.

He was the same arrogant Bastard that had caught her the other day, she had wanted to stamp her feet in frustration at the fact that he was here, on the same ship as her, acting like he owned the world. She had chuckled to herself after later finding out that he may not have owned the world but he did own the ship that she was on.

Focusing back on the present, she continued to stare, creeping closer to a corner, nearest to where she could watch him without fear. From the distance she stood her ears could pick up his voice shouting commands, commands that should be given to them personally. But she had yet to have met him face to face, always staying busy with other things so that he would give his second in command the task to give her.

She was in constant fear of him recognizing her, always staying out of his way, she was also relieved that someone else got the task of helping him with his bath, she could not have handled it.

This is the last straw Captain Eric thought, his eyes looking on what was before him, he was getting frustrated with this yet excitement lit his bone. This needed to be done, it could not be ignored any longer, he was not a man to be messed with or avoided, everyone knew that, each man did what he assigned, no one man should run away from his duty, each should face him.

His eyes narrowed in suspicion did he really think he would get away? Go unnoticed ha, no one escaped him, not with his watchful eyes.

Looking over the cabin boy one more time he couldn't believe he had the guts to think he would miss this, it was plain obvious no matter how much you tried, lifting his hands he gently placed his finger under the boy's cheek, his eyes tracing the face to see if he was missing something. Licking his lips he leaned closer, sweat slowly gathering at his brows, his breath coming in puffs of air just staring at him. Placing a kiss upon the boys cheek he removed his lips as the surface scratched him.

This is the last straw he thought once more, taking the remainding straw that was upon his desk and inserted it in the missing space on the boys face. There it was, his masterpiece was finished, the cabin boy was the last person to be built. Stepping back he felt so proud of himself, making a ship full of people using only straws.

Placing it high above his desk he smiled. Nothing brought him more joy than being at sea making his creations.
