Camp hoax

Characters
Josh- an 18 year old, sci-fi pop culture fan who’s his and sisters parents died in a car wreck.
Daniella- josh’s 10 year old little sister who can play the violin and is obsessed with everything fluffy and cute.
Grandpa mark- a loony old man with a pink mustache who years ago and bought a campground
Mindy- 18 year old alien who crashed in the park and now works as the mechanic in the campground
Benny- the mythical bigfoot who works as a forest guide in the campground
Thomas-a bird man who works as the parks lawyer
Bob- a “special” unicorn who works as the parks janitor
Charles- a ghost that has been forced to serve selina because of a life dept
[only in this episode] Selina- vampire trying to find another victim to feast on.
Scene 1
[Morning [1981]  Interior of the u haul josh is driving and Daniela is in the passenger seat holding her toy unicorn looking sad.]
Josh- (noticing his sisters is sad) Hey! Cheer up sis grandpa’s won’t be so bad he said he’d get our room’s all ready for us (smiling)
Daniella- it’s not that I was just thinking of mom and dad (looks down)
Josh- oh, well I’m sure for you they’re in a better place
Danielle- what about for you?
Josh- ummmm well that’s kind of hard to explain
Daniella- oh why is …. (Cut off by josh)
Josh- hey look we’re here
[Josh and Daniella pull into the parking lot and see the sign of the camp ground “camp hoax”]
Daniella - wow cool!
Josh- hey look grandpa is at the gate
[Josh parks the truck and Daniella runs to hug grandpa]
Grandpa mark- [getting hit by a body hugging his waist] oh is that my beautiful granddaughter?
Daniella- hi grandpa I’m so glad you’re letting us stay with you
Grandpa mark- well I couldn’t let you and your brother live on the streets [pets her head]
[Josh walks up with some bags in his hands]
Josh- hey grandpa mark
Grandpa Mark– is that josh?
Josh- yes grandpa
Grandpa mark- well I suppose you want to see where your rooms are follow me
[Grandpa Mark leads them into the campground and over to a medium sized house]
Grandpa mark- well here it is my humble abode
[he leads them inside and shows them around]
Scene two
[Exterior josh is taking a walk after he unpacked his room]
Josh- wow this dark, black forest is so beautiful [josh walks up on what seems like an abandoned mechanic shop in the forest] (sarcastically) well if twilight zone taught me anything always walk in abandoned buildings[he walks in and looks around] huh everything seems well kept like someone lives here……. [Then he hears a voice behind him say “maybe someone does” [he turns around scared]
Mindy- um what are you doing in my house?
[Stunned josh stands there] face to face with a blue alien girl with purple hair]
Josh- um…… I ……. Umm
Mindy- wait your marks grandson aren’t you
[Josh still stunned stands there silent but barely audible utters] “um yeah I am”
Mindy- oh um well then I’m Mindy I’m sort of the mechanic or handy women around here [ puts out her hand]
Josh- [finally stops staring at Mindy] oh um I’m josh
Mindy- hi josh um do you usually walk in other people's houses without knocking I mean I could have been naked [winks at josh]
Josh- wait what … I ….. Never mind, and I usually do, it just looked abandoned outside
Mindy- oh so my house looks abandoned?
Josh- what no it looks great i just…
Mindy- i'm just joking with you man but if you like abandoned buildings I’ll show you this cool old castle in the far woods, if you want ?
Josh- wait ,a castle? how big is this town?
Mindy- well last time I checked we were on an island sooooo...
Josh- oh yeah i forgot
Mindy-yeah..
[Josh sees the time]
Josh- oh I gotta go I’m late for dinner
Mindy- oh ok see you tomorrow josh
Josh- see you tomorrow!! [Josh runs out trying to get to dinner on time]
Scene three
[ Josh makes it to the house out of breath but there in time when he walks in and sees what seems like the other people that live in the house. On closer inspection he sees there actually a big foot , a fish man , and a unicorn that Danielle is on top of riding like a horse]
Josh- umm sorry I’m late [is stunned that everyone that works here isn’t human but doesn’t mind because because he thinks it’s pretty cool to work with creatures like them]
Grandpa mark- oh it's ok josh ,benny is just about done with dinner.
Benny- [nods to josh]
Josh- um so they work here
Grandpa mark- huh … oh yes everyone here works and lives here
Josh- oh nice to meet you all
Benny- except Mindy she lives in her shop … hey where is where’s Mindy anyway ,dinner’s almost  done
[Just then Mindy walks in the door]
Mindy- Hey everyone sorry I’m late I lost track of time
Thomas- yeah I’m sure that’s what it was
Mindy- whatever tommy
Thomas- you know I hate that name
Mindy- that's exactly why i said it genius and i don’t like you plastering my personal life all over the room
Thomas- josh if you didn’t know this is Mindy
Josh- I know I sort of walked in on her
Thomas- oh really ,well that is a nice thing to know
Mindy- he didn’t see anything shut up thomas
Daniella- [chanting] josh has a girlfriend, josh has a girlfriend.
[Josh starts blushing but benny starts hitting pans together to get everyone to quit]
Benny- dinner's ready come and get it
Thomas- fine
Mindy – [walks up next to josh] so you enjoying your first day here?
Josh- if this is every day I never want to leave
Mindy- hmm good
[They all sit down to the big table in the dining room Mindy sits next to josh]
Grandpa mark- so anything interesting happen today?
Thomas- well I did some stuff at the courthouse
Grandpa mark- well that’s pretty interesting
[While everyone is talking Mindy starts talking to josh]
Mindy- [whispering] so what do you usually like to do in your spare time?
Josh-[whispering] well I read hp lovecraft mostly but haven’t had much spare time lately so ive been reading Stephen king or watch twilight zone how about you
Mindy- [whispering] well I mostly just fix things around the park
Josh- [whispering] o cool
Mindy- i'm glad to hear you like that supernatural stuff, living here is going to be a blast for you then.
Josh- i guess it is
[The rest of dinner is mostly uneventful]

[Exterior Morning, josh goes to meet Mindy at her house]
Josh- [walks up on Mindy’s house and knocks on the door and no one answers] I wonder if Mindy is still asleep
[Josh walks in the door looking for her]
Josh- Mindy are you here?
[Mindy walks out from her bedroom in jeans and a goonies t-shirt]
Mindy- hey are you ready to go?
Josh- totally
[Josh and Mindy start walking to the castle]
Mindy- sooo…. Um the castle is a long way away and its going to be pretty boring walking there what do you want to talk about?
Josh- um can you tell me why everyone working here is a supernatural creature?
Mindy- well myself I crashed here 8 years ago
Josh- how old are you?
Mindy-I’m 21 but I wouldn’t start asking girls their ages
Josh- sorry I won’t ask again  
Mindy- it’s ok I'm joking [hits him on the arm]
Josh- soo um I have a kind of personal question
Mindy- go ahead i guess
Josh- now this is a question I’ve had since I met you, do you like date guys on this planet or do you like go to other planets
Mindy- I date guys on this planet but I’ve had to use a digital face mask to make me look human
Josh- [mumbles] I guess they were dumb and didn’t want to date a really hot alien.
Mindy- did you say something?
Josh- what um no I didn’t say anything
Mindy- o ok well anyway those guys really worked out but you know still looking...
Josh- o ok
mindy - so how about you do you have a gf
Josh- no girls don't really like me that much cause i'm kinda always talking about either theories i have or  a cool hp lovecraft book i read…
Mindy- oh i guess it’s their loss..
[Just then they walk into a clearing where there is a castle in partial ruins]
Mindy- here it is the castle
Josh- wow its really cool, can I go inside?
Mindy- um well you can but there is a legend about this place
Josh- wait a legend cool what is it?
Mindy- well it’s that a vampire once was the previous owner of this place
Josh -it’s like an old horror b- movie only without the hot cheerleader
mindy- [mumbles “I wouldn’t say that exactly, but…”]
Josh - did you say something?
mindy  - umm... no why would i…...
josh- o ok, so let’s go in then
[Josh and Mindy walk into the dilapidated, overgrown courtyard]
Josh- wow this is so cool I see why a vampire lived here
Mindy- yeah it’s pretty creepy
Josh- yeah
mindy- [sees an open staircase to the basement] hey look [points to the stairs] I wonder what’s in the basement?
josh- um i'd say in this kind of castle and it's  this old it would be death
mindy- well i'm going down there to see[starts walking down the stairs] come on scaredy cat
josh- um no i'm good i think both stephen king and twilight zone taught me not to go in old castle basements
mindy- fine i'll be right back
[mindy looks around a bit but a few moments later she feels like there's some in there with her, when she turns around she sees a women behind her staring at her she jumps but she's not really that afraid
selina- why hello there [ gives seductive grin] and who are you
mindy- um im um mindy who are you?
selina- i'm selina this is my castle
mindy- wait your the vampire
selina- well i prefer blood connoisseur but vampire is a good way to describe me
mindy- wait so you drink blood
selina- yes that's what i said
mindy- are you going to drink my blood
selina- although you look delicious no i'm not
mindy- o ok
selina- i actually want to invite you to a party tonight at my castle
mindy- o really um tonight you said?
selina- yes that's right
mindy- can i bring a guest with me
selina- oh of course
[mindy looks at her watch] oh i should probably go home to get ready
selina- ok see you tonight
mindy- ok bye[runs up the staircase and meets josh in the courtyard]
josh- o hey what did you see down there
mindy- a vampire she invited us to a party at the castle
josh- o um ok , why me?
Mindy-well she said i could bring a guest so...[smiles]
Josh-don't you think it's strange a vampire invited you to a party i mean i don't want to sound like a party killer but….
Mindy- listen if you don't want to go then you don't have too
Josh- no i'll go it seems fun but a little strange nonetheless
Scene five
[josh is walking to mindy's house after getting dressed in his suit he gets there  and mindy is outside in a nice red dress]
josh- wow you look great
mindy- thanks you do too
[josh and mindy walk to the castle and when they get there the castle is a buzz , music dancing and food
mindy- see there's nothing wrong here [they walk in and there is a lot of people] i'm going to go find selina
josh- ok fine be careful
[mindy ascends up the grand staircase to look for selina she looks in a door and she's there looking out a window with what looks like a suit of armour standing behind her]
mindy- um selina?[selina turns around]
selina- ah mindy good to see you made it
[ the suit of silver armour stands at attention towards mindy]
charles- good evening ma'am
selina- charles will you leave us please
charles- yes ma'am[ walks out the door into the main hall]
[cuts to josh's perspective,  josh is sitting on the main stairs looking around charles walks down the stairs next to him and starts talking with him]
charles- why hello there sir
josh- um hello um i'm josh [smiles and puts his hand out to shake]
[charles his shakes hand]
[cuts back to mindy’s perspective]
Selina- so are you enjoying the party
Mindy- o yes it's very nice
Selina- yes i know ….. [looks around] um mindy i'm just going to be blunt i need the blood of a young person like you to keep my young image
Mindy- [realizes what she means] wait you mean you do want to suck my blood
Selina- well yes but i'm also very in tranced by you so i would make you a vampire too so we would spend eternity together.
Mindy-[shocked by what she said] um actually i sorta have a crush on someone else [starts backing away]
Selina- [angry] i don't think you know the offer i just gave you i'm giving you the ability to never die now would you like to re think that ?
Mindy- [a little scared] um well i …. [ runs out the door behind her and meets josh at the stairs]
Josh- o hey mindy have you met charles he's pretty awesome….
Mindy-no time selina wants to suck my blood and turn me into her vampire bride.
Josh- called it but yeah we should get out of here
Selina-[walks out of the door furious] MINDY!!!!
Josh- we have to go
charles- i'll keep her busy you get to safety i think i've served her life dept a little too long
Josh-thanks charles
[mindy and josh start to run out until they're stopped by a crowd staring at them , charles can be seen fighting selina in the background]
Mindy- great how do we get around them
Josh i'll  go find another way around
[switch to charles perspective he is fighting selina but then she gets the upper hand and he topples over the stair banister]
Selina- stay there mindy i'll get to you in a minute [turns to charles on the ground i thought you were a loyal servant but i guess not [is about to take away his spirit but josh stabs her through the heart with a spear she is stunned by this but is then quickly turned to dust
charles-[josh helps him up] thank you sir i owe you a life dept
josh- um it was nothing you don't owe me a dept
charles i do i am your eternal servant
josh- um i guess if you want to be you can but dude don't call yourself my servant please
charles- ok sir i won't
[josh looks over at mindy and she's smiling so he walks over to her]
mindy- well look who's a hero
josh- um it was nothing [blushes]
[the castle turns into a dilapidated old interior mindy see's the time]
Mindy- um i think we should go back home
josh- ok [charles walks out with mindy and josh sees a big old book in the wall surrounded by burnt out candles he feels a strange attraction to it and picks it up and catches up with mindy and charles]
