felix had insecurities and chan knew. he knew how felix would point at himself and say "you're ugly." chan wanted him to feel loved and that he was important and beautiful in every way. one day, the members of stray kids decided to go get eat out. everyone sat on the chairs and coincidentally chan and felix sat right next to each other. they waited for their food in the restaurant and felix decided not to eat. "why aren't you going to eat?" woojin asked felix. "i'm not hungry."
"are you sure?" woojin asked and felix replied with a nod. everyone started to eat as soon as the food arrived. chan noticed how felix would touch his stomach. "here." chan said and tried to feed felix. "no- no thank you."
"come on, you have to eat."
felix pouted feeling defeated. "open wide." chan said and fed felix. then they had returned home once everyone had finished eating their food. everyone went into their rooms and once again, coincidently, felix and chan were the only ones not in their rooms. "hey felix, don't starve yourself."
"i-i'm not."
"oh ok. i'm going outside." chan said. "can i come with you?" felix asked. "of course." chan smile.
they started walking outside. "channie hyung...lately i've been feeling like i'm not enough. like, no matter how hard i try i'm still the same...not enough. i look at myself and think ugly. i wish i could change. be better at everything."
chan's heart felt a pang even though he knew. "look felix..."
chan paused and stared at felix. he saw how he was sad. chan understood his insecurities.
"felix, you're amazing and you should know that. everything about you is perfect and you shouldn't think otherwise. i love your personality and i your freckles." chan said touching caressing felix cheeks. felix's face flushed. "felix, please don't ever think like that. i'm sure everyone who passes by you just stare at you in awe."
"i always thought they stared in disgust.." felix said. "no, of course not. come here. give me a hug." chan said and hugged felix. felix started to cry. "i- i'm so sorry." felix stuttered. "it's alright. it's alright." chan said and patted felix's head.
after some minutes, felix had stopped crying and chan wiped his tears away.
"thank you."
"i want to be there for you in your highs and your lows. i want to be with you felix. to me, you're perfect and i-"
felix had kissed chan. "i love you too chan."
they both skipped along holding hands being happy. felix felt better when chan was there with him. he felt as though he could fly if he needed too. he didn't care about what anyone think and he knew even though he had insecurities he had felt chan's electricity or love.
