soulmates had always been around. everyone has a soulmate. the way to know that your soulmate was your soulmate would be a tattoo appearing the first thing your soulmate would think as soon as they laid eyes on you. early in the morning, chan had gone out to a coffee shop. it was only two people there. the cashier and a customer. he looked at the costumer and thought;;
'oh wow a potential soulMATE'
he waited for his coffee. once he had gotten it. "hey, you're arm." the cashier said, pointing to chan's arm. he looked at his arm. "oh boy, i'm gay." he read out loud.
he looked at the cashier. "oh um, i didn't think that but we do have the one costumer over there."
he looked at the costumer who was sitting close to a window. chan thought that maybe it wasn't his soulmate cause the customer didn't seem to be surprised or staring at his arm but he was wearing a sweater.
he slowly approached the only person besides the cashier. "hey um, can i sit with you?" chan asked to the stranger. "you can sit here. my name's felix." the stranger said. "i'm chan."
chan was thinking of ways to ask if felix was his soulmate but felix did notice his arm. "found your soulmate?" felix asked. "um no, actually but um...can i see your arms?" chan asked, hoping for a positive response. "sure, let me lift up my sleeves."
"oh, would you look at that? OH MY GOSH-" felix saw that his arm had been printed with 'oh wow a potential soulMATE'
"WE'RE SOULMATES." they both yelled in unison. "oh my gosh, we're soulmates. s-should we like celebrate?" felix asked. "i've always wanted a soulmate but i never expected such a cutie." chan said, pinching felix's cheeks.
felix's face flushed and smiled.
"i wanna know more about you." chan cooed, touching felix's hair. "well, i'm gay. i'm addicted to dabbing. i'm eighteen. um, full name lee felix or lee yongbok"
"oh, i'm older. twenty-one. dabbing? wow yes. vines are my life. full name christopher bang or bang chan. also i noticed your freckles. they are so cute." chan said, admiring felix's features."
"oh, uh thank you. i don't really like them."
"well, they're perfect."
chan started to touch felix's freckles which led felix's face to be red.
chan stopped and started to drink his coffee. "you're beauty is distracting me from drinking my coffee." chan joked as he continued to drink all of his coffee.
"ah, you're complimenting me too much. you're great, amazing, wonderful and i literally just met you." felix said. "well, i mean you are and thank you, i know." chan said, with hints of red on his cheeks from being flustered.
felix giggled. "you seem to be cocky."
"nah, i want to seem cool. not insecure." chan said, frowning a bit. "well...in the future, if you ever feel insecure i'm here to remind you you're great."
felix said, assuring chan. "thank you, soulmate."
"you're welcome soulmate."
"anyway, wanna go see a movie?"
"yeah, let's go. i'm glad you're my soulmate by the way."
chan screamed. felix smiled as they went out of the coffee shop holding hands. yeah, they were glad to be soulmates. thank god for soulmates, they both would think for the rest of their lives.
