I was skipping down to breakfast with a smile on my face. I was gonna leave!

Pushing open the doors to the great hall, I ran and sat down next to Katie, a huge smile on my face for the first time in weeks.

Katie glances up at me before going back to her food. But then she dropped her fork and looked up with a smile that almost matched mine.

"Ally! Why are you so happy? I'm glad you are but what's got your mood up?" She asked

"I get to leave!"

Her mouth dropped open, "What?!"

I nodded, "Dumbledore asked me to his office yesterday and said that some students had come in and told him about all the bullying that had been happening this year. He told me I could go to a school in Bulgaria if I wanted because the headmaster was impressed with my grades here."

Katie has tears in her eyes but tried to keep a smile on. I grabbed her hand across the table.

"Hey, I know it's sudden but I really hate it here. You and Angie are the only things keeping me here now. How about this, I'll let you take me in over the summer and holidays with Angie, cause I know you live next to each other. (Just making this up for the sake of the story) That way, we can all stay friends."

She smiled happily. I stood up and looked at professor Mcgonagall, asking for silent permission. She nodded, so I jumped up onto the table and walked to the side Katie was on. Pulling her up, I engulfed her in a huge hug.

"I love you Katie. You're my sister forever and always. I'll see this break I promise."

I let her go and turned to walk out of the Great Hall. At the doors, I turned back to face the student body.

"Oh and weasleys? Please be sure to let Molly and Arthur know I won't be coming back. Thank you!"

And with that I was gone.

Professor Karkoroff just came and retrieved me. He side-along apparated me to Durmstrang. As we walked in the gates, I saw the most beautiful dragon I had ever seen. I stopped Professor Karkaroff and asked him about it.

"Ah," he said "that is a Swedish Short-snout.  She is just a baby, but will grow fairly quickly. She has no one to look after her though. You can have her if you like."

"Really?" I asked a bit skeptically.

He just gestured his arm out towards it.
I walked up to the baby, reaching my hand out for her to see. Before I even got to her, she had run up and jumped on my arm.

I giggled. She came and sat in my shoulder, wrapping her tail lazily across the back of my neck.
"I think I'll call you Snowy"

I walked back to Professor Karkaroff and smiled at him, which he returned.

We walked through the doors of Durmstrang, and into a room very similar to the great hall, though it was a bit smaller, and had a less enchanting feel to it. Not to mention it was filled with boys.

When we walked in, everyone turned to stare. Some were whispering among themselves. Obviously they didn't know I was coming.

Professor Karkaroff walked over to a student that looked to be a second year and whispered something to him.
He got up, and followed Professor Karkaroff over to me.

"Allison, please meet Victor Krum. He will be in all of your classes and will be showing you around today."

I smiled and shook his hand. Looking at the the Professor I said, "thank you for everything Professor"

He chuckled, his smile still present, "please my dear, call me Igor. I much prefer it."

He walked off leaving me with Victor.
"So, what do you do for fun?" (A/N I'm not doing Bulgarian accents in my writing)

I thought for a moment.
"Well, at Hogwarts I would go to a secret room and train I guess you could say. I love to fight and play quidditch mostly."

He smiled, wrapping an arm around my shoulders.
"I think we'll be great friends."
