This is a story about a ordinary girl named Brooklyn, who just so happened to live next to a boy named Niall Horan. That is until he became an international pop sensation and disappeared from their small town of Mullingar to sing to the world on Britain's X-Factor. Brooklyn and Niall had some unfinished business, one week after an elaborate display asking her to prom Niall left for his X-Factor audition. Even though they sometimes talked through short texts everything stopped when he hit celebrity status, his face gracing the cover of countless magazines. But now that Niall's back in town after a long tour in the US with his bandmates, Brooklyn is determined to find out if they had something special. Then maybe she won't feel so ordinary.
