I sat in my new office thinking as I looked over many papers of everyone here in the city. I made sure to take notes of all afflictions in the past. Romance afflictions mainly, as I looked through taking note of people who had been hurt which there were a solid 20-30 people. That wasn't enough to make up The Gorifiers.

Our population consisted of most likely 200 people give or take being Gorifiers, about 400 of us where The Shadow Order, and the other 3000 people made up the rest of the town. That's roughly 3600 people. My head hit the desk and I groaned, now I couldn't believe I was spending my time digging in everyone's romances and doing the math on our populations.

I heard the door open and looked up to see Gerald come in followed by Becca. "How's it going?" He asked me as he took a seat in front of the desk and Becca sat on the couch on the far right side of the room.

"Well, I figured this much there are roughly 20-30 people who have got their hearts broken. We know for a fact there are at least 200 people that make up the Gorifiers, and we have roughly a population of 3600 people. Not counting the recent murders that happened, and if we count out everyone who they want and have killed from our small population, that's going to be 3400 people. So we need to start finding them and taking them down before we hit number 5 of 200." I rambled this all out then waited for a response.

He rubbed the space between his eyes and sighed, "Well let's start with Candy Mellowgreen." He said and got up heading for the door.

"Wait where are we going?" I asked scrambling to my feet and grabbing my coat and other essentials.

"Candy Mellowgreen has a house on the edge of the Aokigahara Forrest, and we are going to pay her a visit." He says and starts walking down the hall and I jog a little to catch up.

"That's a very daring move," I said looking at him as he ran a hand through his pitch-black clean-cut hair.

"I know." He said with no emotion as we went downstairs and he brought Becca and Seth with us.

Becca was the tech person she was going to stay in the van and keep a watch for us. Seth was one of our Fighters as we called them, they were the ones willing to fight and risk their lives even if it meant death to protect the ones they loved.

We climbed in the van and I sighed and pulled my blonde hair back into a pony-tail as we drove the distance to Candy's house. Becca was sitting in her usual spot typing on her fancy computer thing. She was often called a Nerd for being herself but I thought she was sorta cute. She had straight brown hair that always hung in her eyes, she had black glasses but they always had an interesting design perched on her nose. She often wore black or red sweaters that went past her butt, and tight jeans that showed off every little curve, with boots to match that either went to her knees, or ankles, or somewhere in between.

"You're starring." I heard a softer voice in my ear as I looked next to me to see Seth as I reached over smacking him. Seth was a younger-looking boy even though he was 22 you could mistake him for 16. He had sandy blonde hair that hung in his bright green eyes, his cheeks were decorated in a few freckles. His clothes were always plain, a plain dark shirt, plain dark pants, and plain dark shoes.

"You're an ass," I said and Gerald pulled across the street from Candy Mellowgreen's fancy house. As we approached someone left and she looked at us.

"Oh, are you looking to buy the house?" She said and pushed her glasses up on her face, I looked at Gerald watching his features change as he seemed to be in deep thought about this one.

"Yes we are, can we have a look inside." He said without emotion one of his many talents was never revealing emotion. I knew where he was going with this he wanted to snoop around and what better way than to say you are buying the house.

"Follow me." She took us inside and let us look around while she waited in the living room area. We pulled out our weapons when we were out of sight and began looking around. Seth wanted to go alone and Gerald and I searched upstairs while he remained downstairs.

After several minutes Gerald and I found a desk but it was locked. I reached in my pocket and pulled out my bobby pin and began trying to pick the lock. After several failed attempts the lock snapped and the drawer opened, Gerald pulled the folders of papers that were inside and put them in my backpack that I always carried for things like this.

The glass shattered and a gun went off downstairs and we looked at each other running down there immediately. Only to find the woman was gone and so was Seth. There were a broken vase and blood everywhere and we knew we were going to lose Seth tonight if we didn't find him quick. We called in the police and everything was searched and examined and one of them approached us before they got ready to leave.

"We searched everywhere and it appears there is no bullet are you sure you heard a gun go off?" The guy asked seeming concerned.

"Positive," I said fearing for Seth's life, and Gerald and I looked at each other.

"Well then someone had to have been shot and if they were that person is either going to die, end up in the hospital, or be lucky enough to have someone remove it for them." He walked away and got in his car heading down the street.

"That woman was Candy wasn't it?" I asked Gerald and he nodded.

"Yes, in disguise she knew we were coming." He opened the door of the van and climbed in as did I and we headed back to headquarters, where everyone did their damnedest to find Seth, but we knew it would never be in time.

"Now, now Seth why don't you relax and be quiet," I told him as I watched my dearly beloved hogtie him. He was fitting and that was for sure but he was no match for us. Once my dearly beloved stepped away, I shouted to the guy above us. "Ready when you are!"

He cut a few ropes before the others gave out sending the car with no wheels on it down. It landed on the Seth boy with a crash and I smiled when I heard every bone crush and snap. I watched blood roll out from under the car and I leaned down dipping my finger in it and putting it in my mouth.

I hummed in agreement when the luscious flavors touched and sizzled on my tongue, "Ahh the taste of blood, is almost as good as watching it be spilled." I said looking up at my dearly beloved.

He grabbed my arm and hoisted me up on the table behind us and rolled up my sleeve where the bullet impacted me. "You are going to get us caught if you keep getting shot. Do you know how hard it is to cover up a missing bullet and come up with an explanation to tell The Order?" He said as he pulled the bullet out of my arm and began tending to the wound.

"Don't worry, it won't happen again." I leaned over kissing him for a moment before pulling away and he smiled at me.

"Your right the taste of blood is almost as good as spilling it."
