4 hanging with Alex

I put on my coat and shoes. I walk outside to Alex. while still trying to put my coat on. "hey Alex how are you kid I never see you." I say. alex just looks at me. with the same analyzing stare. he always looks at me with. he finally speaks up. "oh sorry was spacing off. hello peter p-- peter." was he about to call me peter pan. or peter parker or does he know my last name. I would not be surprised. I think he might be watching me. "hey back..... umm. well yeah how are you. you never answered my question." i reply in a unsure tone which I am regretting the moment after. because I could have made him feel bad. "oh.. yeah sorry.. um.....  yeah i'm good....thanks.
......uh you?" he says scratching the back of his neck. he says it is a normal voice. so I can tell I did not make him upset or anything. he says it like he has no idea what to say. which is odd since he seems. like such a talkative go getting kid. one that would speak very sure of himself. unless he was speaking with someone. who he thinks are on to him. but what would I be on to him about. he is a normal kid. "hey want to play a game or something" I ask. "yeah okay what game" he says. I can tell he loved games. by the way his eyes light up when I said that. we play some games. we swing, dance party, jump rope, do things at the park. we have lots of fun. the day got darker and darker. so I brought him home. he thanked me for the fun day. and ran inside. it was fun hanging out with him. the only thing is he keeps probing me. he ask alot of questions. he is a little Detective. But I don't know what he is trying to discover. I go inside plop on my bed. I try to spend some time on my phone. but before I know it I'm passed out.
