Forest...
He was walking through a forest. Being in a world unknown to him, the map on his Pokédex didn't help much. Despite the fact it could pinpoint exactly where he was in the forest, he didn't see it of much help since he had no idea what was in store for him. He switched it off a few minutes ago. Getting out wasn't as important to him as knowing what was inside.

Lake...
He came across a lake swarming with Pokémon. It was like a paradise for Pokémon. Clean air, a cool breeze, a beautiful lake, and then something else caught his attention. He saw a woman sitting among the Pokémon. They seemed pretty fond of her. After a few seconds, he realised that it was someone he knew. She sat there playing with the group. She even brought out her Pokémon to play with them. It all started when she was working on a few contest moves. Her moves were really good. They caught the attention of a lot of Pokémon in the area and soon, she had her own audience. There were a lot of Pokémon there. While watching them play, something caught her eye.
Solidad: Drew?
Drew: ... Hey, Solidad. It's been a while.
Solidad: Yeah, it has. It's good to see you.
Drew: Likewise.
Solidad: So, what brings you here?
Drew: I was just passing through. Then I saw you here.
Solidad: Were you watching me?
Drew: Maybe.
Solidad: Hmm. Couldn't you have just come out and said 'hi'?
Drew: I didn't wanna disturb you.
Solidad: You wouldn't have. So, are you headed to Flourin Town too?
Drew: I heard there's gonna be a contest there. Are you entering too?
Solidad: That's right. I started training here a few minutes ago and it seems like my audience have now become friends.
Drew: They all came to see you?
Solidad: Seems like it. Does that upset you?
Drew: Why would it? Your skills are pretty good.
Solidad: Thank you. You're skills aren't half bad either.
Drew: Thanks.
Solidad: Mind staying for a while? It's been a long time since we last talked.
Drew: Sure, why not?
Solidad: Great. Have a seat.
He takes a seat next to her.
Solidad: So, you're aiming to be this region's top coordinator too, right?
Drew: That's right.
Solidad: Hmm. Even in a world we don't know about, we're still rivals, huh?
Drew: That's not gonna change.
She giggles.
Solidad: I'm glad to have someone like you as a rival.
Drew: You are?
Solidad: Why wouldn't I be? You're always keeping me on my toes.
Drew: That's true. You may be ahead of me, but you're not leaving me behind.
Solidad: Oh?
Drew: That gap between our levels will close one day. Then it will reopen, only with me as the top coordinator.
