Southern Magnolia.
Zeref and Natsu Came to southern Magnolia with the purpose to seal the stone of the flame element away from Lucy after she lost her control over it. Although they were aware that doing so will not go to change her destiny as the stone's guardian but they don't have any choice other than to seal it away.
"Why did you choose to seal the stone away from her?"
"Because this is the only way to prevent her from gaining the full potential as the stone's guardian."
Hearing him say that in a very serious voice, Natsu can't any longer say a single word.
"Listen Natsu, there's one more thing that you have to know."
"Huh? What is it?"
"The stone of the flame element not only one of the five elements but it also the stone of memory."
"What?... stone of memory? What do you mean? Zeref! Answer me!"
Turning over to leave from there, the dark mage only says something in motion while starts to disappear.
"When the time's come... You'll know the answer."

Dragneel Residence.
Returned home from Southern Magnolia, Natsu still covered with thousands of questions in his mind while checking on Lucy (Iris) in her room.
"How's your injury sis?"
"I'm fine, where have you been all day long today?"
Unable to give her the perfect answer, Natsu tried to make excuses to avoid her from questioning any further.
"Uh... uhm... I have a training session with Zeref."
Unfortunately, she knows that he was lying to her. Stands up to confront him, she just stares at him with the feeling of suspicious and starts to walk away.
"I know that you're not being honest with me, Natsu but nevermind."
Leaving him alone Iris can feel that the elemental stone was reacting to her from afar.
"They've already sealed the stone of the five elements."
Leaving her family residence Iris was determined to find the stone of the five elements on her own. (Ps during on this time she still doesn't know her true identity.) Tried to heal from her injury without getting disturbed by anyone the young maiden continued to train alone until she managed to sense the stone of the land and retrieved it back.

Iris is returned from her training and struggle to find the remaining stone but fail, left with no choice she once again confronted with Natsu in order to know the hidden location of the stone of the five elements but they ended up fighting with each other.
"Natsu you have to tell me the truth, where is the stone of the five elements?!"
"What are you talking about? I don't know anything!"
"Stop lying! I know that you're not being honest with me! Now give it back to me!"
Due to her uncontrollable emotions, the young maiden started to attack her brother.
