I step into the room with Lee Sooman-nim, I close the door and bow to him.
"Hello, good afternoon Lee Sonoman-nim, is there a reason you wanted to see me today?" I politely ask, standing behind a chair, pronouncing all my words correctly hopefully. He grins,
"Your annunciating your words well, and that's fantastic since you're native language is French. Also, please, have a seat, there is no point in standing." He says, gesturing to the chair I'm behind. I bow, thanking him for the praise and have a seat.
"If I may ask, what is it that I was called here for? Especially without my rookie group?" I ask.
"Ahh yes, getting to that, so, we have a plan for your group, you know our boy group, NCT. Correct?" Sooman-nim asks. I nod,
"Yes."
"Well, we were going to have a little experiment between the two groups. This was already confirmed with NCT, now we must make sure that you aren't going to be... uncomfortable per say, with this decision. Because yes, we are an entertainment company, but we are all people. But back to my point. We want to try and make NCT a co-Ed group. So, we were planing on debuting your rookie group as a sub unit, NCT - G and you and Rose would debut in 127 and dream as well, you being apart of 127, dream and possibly U and Rose being apart of Dream. Now, this is a permanent decision unless worst comes to worst and we must separate the gendered groups. So, what do you think?" Sooman-nim asks.
"Honestly, I think it's a fantastic idea, it would be nice having a more 'masculine' personal and style of dance, if you understand what I mean. Like, we won't have that 'cutesy baby girl' dance style if you know what I mean. We'll have true hip hop." Sooman-nim nods.
"Well, then this is going to happen, your rookie group will debut as a new subunit of NCT! You will all debut within the month!" He claps. My jaw drops,
"Wait, really! Are you serious!" I laugh excitedly. He nods, chuckling.
"Yes, now the choreographer is in practice room 7 with the rest of your members, they learned the same thing you did. Now go on to practice. Because you'll be busy for the next week filming the music videos for the songs you have all recorded. I nod and stand up, I bow at a 90 degree angle,
"thank you so much Lee Sooman-nim. I will not let you down. I say and exit the room, awaiting the experiences ahead of me.
