Elemental FTWW: The Beginning

Chapter 1: How it all happened

Callie has been left behind to clean the classroom. She was really getting annoyed with the fact that she always has to stay back while the others test their new battle strategies on each other. Callie wipes some sweat off her forehead. "Man! This sucks!" She complained, even though there was no one there to hear her. Callie finished cleaning the chalkboard when her teacher, General Woomy (Kamar) walked in. "Good. You actually kept your orders instead of ignoring them this time Callie." She taunted. Callie felt a little mad that the General made her stay back, but since she's actually done cleaning, she can go meet her friends! Callie sped walked to the small building where they do battle training, but she saw her classmates walking out, signaling that the lesson was done.

"Oh come on!" Callie pouted as she blended in with the crowd. "Didn't get in again? What did you even do to get this punishment?" A boy with long beautiful sapphire blue hair, glasses, and the same colored sapphire eyes asked. His name is Blitz. Callie couldn't help but giggle. This is the one thing she couldn't deny. She was definitely in love with him. They were childhood besties, and still are. "To answer your question, I didn't do anything. The General was probably annoyed that I was running in a 101° fever and couldn't come to school for the test, which I scored greatly on, so I don't even understand why I'm in trouble." Callie sighed. The General had a reputation  for being the strictest teacher in her school, but there was only one student that the General is nice to. Callie looked around, and spotted the inkling-octoling hybrid girl. Her name is Jewel, a little shy, but sassy and has some popularity points for being the General's daughter. "Sup, Jewel!" Blitz called as he and Callie parted from the crowd to get to lunch. The girl's eyes widen, then relaxed that it's just Blitz. "Hi Blitz! Hi Callie! Do you mind if I bring some of my friends to lunch with us? I'm sure you guys would get along." Jewel asked, doing her puppy dog eyes. Knowing that no one could escape those precious multi-colored eyes, Callie and Blitz agreed.

So apparently Jewel has 4 specific friends she wants Callie and Blitz to meet. The first one was named Mike who has orange swept hair and brown eyes like Callie's. The second guy was named Marcus. He had dark skin, purple hair and eyes. "Oh and also, no one and I mean NO ONE touches my headphones." He grunted. Callie flinched. "Okay, Mr.Grouchypants..."  Blitz giggled. Next was a girl named Henna, but she wants us to call her Kitty. She had loooong light green hair, eyes, and a black skull bandana. Last was Marlee. She had dark green hair, and pink eyes. She also has a bandana, but she wasn't wearing it. She seemed very enthusiastic about everything. "Well, Ima head to to the second battle training cause Ms.Ava didn't aprove of how good I was at defeating targets. Bye bye!" Blitz waved, then trotted off. Callie then remembered something. "Oh yeah. I have to go to afterschool lessons because I couldn't learn any fighting styles while cleaning the General's classroom..." She sighed. Jewel's ears perked up. "Whatcha say? The General?" She asked, amused. Callie glared. "Are you mocking me again?" Jewel rolled her eyes. "It's a shame. No one ever knows how nice the General actually is because no one likes being nice to her." "Are you saying WE'RE the reason is so rude?!" Callie was so angry she could...um...spit! She tightened her knuckles, then they start heating up really fast to the point they felt like burning. "Ow! What was that?" Callie looked at her hand. It was burnt pretty badly. "What the hell?!" She gasped. Jewel looked at Callie's hand, then back at her. "You might wanna see Mrs.Gira about that. How it happened..." Jewel shivered a little "I don't know, and I'm sorry Callie." Callie winced in pain. "Ugh... it's okay Jewel." Kitty then stood up. "I-I'll go with you t-to the nurse." She offered quietly. "Thanks, Kitty."

"Hello Callie. I knew this would happen today, so I prepared something to get rid of the burn." Mrs.Gira smile. "...Huh?" Callie tilted her head confused. "Kitty, may I ask you please leave the room?" Mrs.Gira said, turning to the shy girl. Kitty nodded and left, closing the door behind her. "Okay Callie. I have a story to tell you, so listen good and listen well."
