Lucas POV:
I hate him, I hate him so goddamn much. I can't believe she's still with him. After all he's done to her, she still goes back. I wish she'd realize that he was toxic from the beginning. She should be with me but she goes to that asshole. You know what, she's the dumb one. I'm not gonna try and help her if she's gonna do something this stupid. She deserves to be hurt again if she's gonna hurt me like this.
Benjamin POV:
Okay how the actual hell did I win her back? I mean, I know I'm great, but I didn't know I was THAT great. I guess it's because I got hot over the summer. I could have anyone I want, but I'm glad I have Angélica. She's honestly a mess but I love her anyway. I gotta keep my eye on that guy who's into her, he might be trouble.
Lucas POV:
Later that night
I walked down my lonely street feeling stupid, as usual. It was dark and cold and I wasn't wearing any sort of jacket. I was walking home from my job at Burger King. Suddenly, I feel warmth on my shoulders and it flooded to my back. Someone put a jacket over my shoulders. Their warm hands slowly made their way up and caressed the soft part of my cheek. They were in front off me now. I had no idea who this was, but they kissed me on the lips. When they kissed me, the street lit up. I couldn't believe who I saw.
