The Kiss

Third Person PoV

Adrien's feet finally get their rest as he plops down onto his california king sized bed. oof. Plagg comes out of the pocket of Adrien's tux and lays next to him, sighing.

Adrien's eyes begin to close, the long day catching up to him. But before he's able to get his rest, a tiny hand nudges him on the side.

"What, Plagg?" Adrien groans, rubbing his eyes.

"One, aren't you gonna change your clothes?" Adrien looks at him from the corner of his eye and gives him the death glare. "Okay okay. And two, how 'bout that kiss with Marinette huh?"

"What kiss Pla--" Adrien is cut off in the middle of his sentence as he remembers the events from earlier today. Plagg flies over him with a smirk plastered on his face. Adrien's cheek turns to a bright shade of pink. The memory of Marinette's soft lips lightly touching his cheek replay over and over again in Adrien's head. The way her cheeks were as red as ladybug's sui--

*flashback to glaciator episode*

Ladybug and Chat Noir walk towards Glaciator, snuggled close together. When Glaciator goes to shoot them, Ladybug gets on her tiptoes and presses her lips to Chat Noir's cheek.

*back to the present*

Adrien's eyes widen and he goes pale. A worried look crosses Plagg's tiny face.

"Adrien?"

"Mari -- Marinette. She's ladybug?!" Adrien shrieks.

"It's about time you figured it out." Plagg mutters under his breath, obviously not quiet enough.

"You knew?!" Adrien sits up from his lying position.

"Two words. Dark Owl."

"Oh. But how is she-"

Plagg stares at his poor dumbstruck owner.

"It kind of makes sense you know. Ladybug is confident, just like Marinette (I mean when she's not around me), she's dorky, competitive. Not to mention both of them are gorgeous."

Another smirk crosses Plagg's face as Adrien goes red.

"I need to tell her who I really am, Plagg."

"Adrien I really don't think that's a good idea."

The lovestruck teen ignores his kwami as he shouts the words. "Plagg, claws out!"
