Religion is a tool made to unite us through grand devotion to a higher power. Religion though is a double edged sword often to human centric in most cases and though it may unite us in community it divides the world as a whole. This is not to say that religion is bad some need this hope to go about their lives, a guiding light to those lost, and a welcoming home to those found.
There are many sects of religion on this world many people with many beliefs, and sadly many focus on the differences in each and attack each other for this; whether it be through hurtful words, physical pain, or even sometimes war. This is the price we pay for those beliefs that differ, but what do we gain through those beliefs that are similar? Well we would gain much and sometimes do gain much when people step back from the world and look at the bigger picture.
