Vinyl x Octavia - Looking back

Chapter 2 - Seeing her again

The sun went down and Vinyl grinned, she got up and put on her shades then glanced over at the desk where the pegasus sat. He gave a slight nod and Vinyl walked over to him. He put her in a wheelchair and took her outside, "I'll have to take you there and we have to be back by sunrise." He said as Vinyl directed him,
"Why are you helping me, no one takes me seriously anymore." She looked up at him and he looked back, "I'm a fan of yours and if I could help you do something it'd be awesome." Vinyl looked ahead and grinned, "Thanks." They got at the end of the street and Vinyl got out of the wheelchair, "Could you-"
"Sure." He said knowing what she was going to say. Vinyl walked ahead and pulled the IV stand along to Octavia's house, "Who are you?" Vinyl asked as she saw the cop outside Octavia's door, "I'm here on business. What's your story?" She said annoyed,
"I'm here on business also, now move." Vinyl raised her voice a bit and Octavia's living room light turned on. "Please leave Ms unicorn." The cop said as the door started to open and there stood Octavia holding a blanket around her.

"Octavia?" Vinyl said as she started to cry, however Octavia was silent and her eyes were all red like she had been crying, "Please leave. I can't talk to no one - not even Derpy." Vinyl glared at the cop and grit her teeth, "Because of her?" Octavia shut the door and the cop moved closer to the door, "You heard her." The cop said looking down at Vinyl,
"Free her." Vinyl said, "Free her from the restraints you have put upon her!" The pegasus heard Vinyl shouting and flew over to her, "You have made her not speak to me! Your cruel!" Vinyl was pushed down onto the wheelchair and was taken away from the door, "Mark my words, I will be back!" They returned to the hospital and Vinyl was sulking at the desk. "Why did she have to but in?" The pegasus wasn't listening but was marking papers. Vinyl looked at his name badge, "Jake Records?" He looked up, "Are you related to-"
"Jack Records? Yes but we don't talk." Vinyl walked off back to her bed and laid down,
"She's trapped... And I'm going to free her."

The week ended and Vinyl ran out before Neon could come visit her. She went to the street and walked down to Octavia's house, "Hello again." The cop said, "Your back." Vinyl grinned and stared direct at her, "What are you doing?" Vinyl ignored her as the cop started to freak out a bit, "Whatever your going to do, stop it." Vinyl levitated a pebble that was out of site, yet the cop was terrified of what was going on she ran to get back up, "Was this a dull job for them to do so they threw a rookie out here?" Vinyl said o herself as she pounded onto the door. Octavia opened it and Vinyl pounced onto her, "I missed you. I missed you so much." Octavia got up and Vinyl shut the door behind her, "We have a few moments together before the cop comes back with back up so what do you want to do?" Octavia stood at the other side of the room away from her and peered out of the window, "Please leave before I hurt you again." Vinyl sat on the couch and laid down and glanced at Octavia, "Could I just have a kiss?" Octavia sighed and timidly walked over to her, "Will you leave if I do?" Vinyl got up and looked into her eyes, "Yes."

Octavia came in close to her and kissed Vinyl on the cheek, "Doesn't count." Octavia sighed and kissed her on the lips which soon became passionate; she pulled away but Vinyl pushed her down onto the couch and kissed her once more. Octavia put her hooves around Vinyl's back and pulled her closer, "I'm so sorry. Forgive me?" Octavia asked,
"I already have." Vinyl answered as she hugged her, "I want to move back in, can I?" Before Octavia could answer a pounding knock came from the door along with flashing lights and sirens, "Why can't they leave us alone?" Vinyl got up but Octavia pulled her back,
"Don't leave me." Vinyl felt stress and started to panic but as Octavia brushed her hoof along Vinyl's face she felt calm once more. The police bashed the door down to the ground. The noise made the mares jump up and Vinyl fell to the floor, "DJ PON-3, your safety is important to us so we advise you to step away from Ms Octavia Melody."
"Go away Jack Records!" The police muttered to one another,
"Please step away!" Jack shouted, "We just want you to be safe." Vinyl got up and went behind the couch, "DJ!" The police separated and Neon walked in, "Come here, move away from her." Vinyl looked down and saw that Octavia wasn't there anymore. Vinyl bowed her head and walked over to Neon. "Happy?"
"I'm only protecting you." Neon put his hoof around her and went back to his place.

"You are dangerous." Vinyl tried to walk away but Neon stopped her, "Why are your trying to go towards the danger?"
"Because you know on that movie H-" Vinyl stopped mid-sentence by Neon's glare, "I miss her." Neon rolled his eyes and hugged her, "But this is your home now, It was your home before you went to hers as well." Vinyl sat down and looked away, "Your not going out to see her anymore." Neon said as he walked into the living room, "But dad, I love her." Vinyl said and looked over for a reaction but never got one, "Octy would find that funny." She walked into the living room to see that her PlayStation wasn't there, "Where's my console?" Neon looked over to her, "Attic. You go up there so much I thought you was moving there." Vinyl grit her teeth and glared at him, "Cotton headed ninny muggins!" Vinyl yelled and went to her room.
