Remember life isn't about how well it goes, it goes off of what you do with it. So many times we've under estimated ourselves, because of how we live.

I decided to start being a internet activist for a few reasons. Encouragement can get you a long way.

I lost both of my parents, mentally. And of course I felt alone. More like empty, but it took just a few minutes of me listening to the radio in my car.

They were discussing Police brutality, Women's Rights, African American's Rights and the importance of letting go and forgiveness.

I was all ears, for the first time my heart was full of hope for my people.

We often say, life is already corrupt nothing we do is going to change that. But no, everything you do for the rest of your life will change that.

Generations after generations has fought the fight that is never ending. So why not be that one person who steps in and say, I'm going to do what I'm going to do, everything in my ability to change.

Change. It's a scary word.

Mainly because no one knows exactly how to change. No one taught us how to change, it was just about letting go.

Well I'm coming here right now, today to tell you, life is not what you make it.

Life is not joyful, inspiring, and worthy useless we change.
You maybe be saying "what the hell is she talking about", think about it.

What if our life was based on not having hope, maybe we caused that or it just walked upon us.

Whatever it is or whatever the reason is just remember.

Fuck it, let's pray

October 21, 2018

I placed my pen down on the notepad, I was supposed to write my speech days ago. I got a little carried away last night.

The ceremony was in a few hours, unfortunately my parents are coming.

One reason why I hated to be honored to things, everyone thinks they are doing you a favor by coming to an event that doesn't even involve them.

I'm sitting in corner of my room, all the way dressed. I sit in the corner because it calms me.

I was mentally ready for this, I'm not physically ready. I'll get over it.
