You're Pregnant!!!

America:

You look at the plastic stick in your hand, waiting for it to give you your results. You were two months late with your period, either you were pregnant or something was wrong. You and your boyfriend, Alfred, had been sexually active as of late. So there was a good chance you were pregnant. The test was finally ready, it read positive. You were unsure how you felt about this, you had always wanted to have children, but you and Alfred weren't married. Not that you have to be married to have kids, but were you and Alfred ready for this? How would he take the news? 

Canada: 

"It will be ok." Kumajiro said from his place beside you. He was being emotional support as your boyfriend, Matthew, was at work and didn't know your big secret yet. You were pregnant. He would be home in two hours and you'd have to tell him, as he was the father. 

You absentmindedly stroked Kumajiro's head. the soft fur was very comforting.

"Mr.Whoever loves you very much." He assured you "He will love this baby too."

You couldn't answer, you could only hope he was right.

England:

You could feel the excitement in the air as you waited for the test to be done. You and your husband, Arthur, had been trying for months to have a baby. Now you may have succeeded. You were cautious, you had been around this bush a lot these past months and nothing had worked yet. As the test changed to positive you squealed in joy. You rushed to your phone to text him the good news. Then you stopped, this was a big deal, he deserved better than a text to tell him you were expecting your first child. How to surprise him?

France:

You stared at the test in disbelief. You and your husband had been so careful. Francis was no stranger to safe sex, so how had this happened? Were you really unlucky enough to be one of the one percent that contraceptives aren't effective? Well, this was the conundrum now. Both you and your husband had no problem with the idea of having children, but you weren't ready! You hadn't been married that long, would he be okay with this? How would he take this?

China:

You went to the garden to catch some sunlight and think. You and Yao had not discussed this yet. You were only to the point in the relationship where you were discussing marriage. You knew he had no qualms with children, but would he feel differently when it was his child in the belly of a woman he wasn't married to? He would be home soon, then you would have to explain to him what was going on. You had never been this nervous in your life.

Russia:

You needed to be careful with how you handled this. You and Ivan had discussed having kids, this pregnancy was by no means planned but definitely not unwelcome. The trick wasn't getting Ivan to be happy with this, it was making sure he was the first to know. if the Baltics found out before him they'd start panicking and freaking out and you doubted panicked yelling is the way that Ivan would want to learn that his wife was carrying his baby.

Germany:

You were utterly astonished. Ludwig and you had been so careful, monitoring your menstrual cycle, birth control measures, the whole nine yards and still you had managed to get pregnant. It might be funny if it wasn't so concerning to you. You and Ludwig had been dating a few years, you had a feeling he wouldn't leave you because of this, but still it was a possibility. He was often stand offish and had intimacy troubles, so maybe this would be too much for him. You had five hours to wait until you would find out.

Italy: 

This was really no surprise. Both you and Feliciano were intensely passionate and spontaneous when it came to sex, so it was only a matter of time. You were surprisingly calm about this whole thing. You felt like Feli truly loved you, so he wouldn't leave you over having a baby. The only thing you had to think about was how to tell him.

Japan:

You were happy. Your husband, Kiku, was at work and you had just gotten out of the doctor's office. As it turned out you weren't sick, you were pregnant! You and Kiku have been married for years, and although intimacy was a little farther between than most marriages with you both you were happy. Even more happy now that you knew another family member was on the way. You decided to pick up fresh fish for dinner on the way home, to make a good meal to celebrate.
