Showing forgiveness sets you free from grudges and bondage, when you dont show forgiveness your holding on to a piece of that person or thing with you, for if you dont decide to show forgiveness you are in bondage, you are in shackles and chains, you are not at peace or free.

According to biblical scripture The Most High says forgive other so you may be forgiven.
