Chapter 7~ Secrets Are Best Remained To Themselves

LAURA'S POV

Lavender was quietly sleeping in my lap bashing her head around now and then. Aqua was watching TV when I heard a knock on the door "This is Griselda open the door immediately!" Aqua and I stared at each other in shock. We were giving each other those weird gestures you know like the ones you do when your freaking out.

Instead Aqua threw a blanket over my lap and told me to hush up and walked to the door. "Well hello Ms. Griselda how are you doing?" Aqua nervously asked "I'm doing fine some students have reported strange barking going on and you know there's not suppose to be pets on school grounds so I'll have to do a check." I stuttered and said "What a pet in our dorm y-you must be and imagining there's no pet in here." This was the most nerve wrecking experience I had so far.

"You sure you guys are the daughters of Winx Club and they were mischief." Griselda gave me a strange glare then turned her head "Yup nothing going on in here." I chuckled nervously, I felt Lavender squiggling around in my lap and hoped Griselda doesn't see.

"Alrighty then I'm letting you guys off the hook but another complaint I'll be ripping apart this dorm bits by bits." Griselda walked out the door when Ivy came with a huge stack of papers. "What are those for?!?" Griselda shrieked "Uh nothing they're for...research" Ivy gulped and went inside.

"I don't get why I'm still working at this school." Griselda slammed the door shut but you could still hear her heels clicking in the hallways.

I released a heavy sigh and slumped back on the couch. "That was close we almost got caught." Lavender pushed off the blanket off her head and jumped off my lap. "I know but now we have to hang these up." Ivy dropped a huge stack of papers on the coffee table. "Oh help us all." I heard Aqua mumbled.

HARMONY'S POV

"Excuse me you're kinda blocking my light." I shield my eyes and looked up "Are you Harmony?" The boy asked "Yeah who's asking." I stood up and patted off the dirt. "I'm Ashton, your parents sent me over to see how you're doing." Ashton was a tall light skin with bleach blonde hair and stunning green eyes. "Great..." I mumbled "I'm doing fine so you can leave now." I made a shooing gesture and crossed my arms.

"Uh actually I'll be staying here." Ashton eyes were wondering around and even stared at a rock for a full minute before I had to snap him back to reality "What do you mean you're staying here." This time I said it in my more serious tone. "Well not here here like Red Fountain here." You could totally tell that Ashton was nervous, my parents chose him as my body guard?

"I don't need anyone to protect me I'm perfectly fine!" I shoved past Ashton and back to the dorm "Wa-wa-wait Harmony!" I spun on my heels and looked at him "What?" I was beyond pissed now I just want to go back to the dorm now "Just go along with it this is the only way I could get money for my family." Ashton actually looked sincere about this his eyes soften up and was staring at me.

"Ugh fine whatever." Right when I said that Ashton lips curved a small smile and suddenly gave me a hug "Uh ok there buddy." I awkwardly patted him on the back and we released from the hug. After that Ashton left to Red Fountain and I went towards my dorm room.

MEGAN'S POV

I had permission to go off campus for an hour so I decides to go to the MagiTech computer store. I strolled through the aisles but I felt I don't know this strange present spying on me while I was shopping.

I got what I need which was a recorder and some CDs. I hurried out of the store and crossed my arms feeling uncomfortable. I somehow wondered through an ally and heard some rattling sounds that was when I dashed, I ran through the ally it was like a maze there was no ending!

I heard foot steps running after me, I felt my energy weaken from all the running but my body couldn't give out. Oh I just want to get out of here. Desperately.

I stumbled upon some trash, tripping over 'Oh no!' I was extremely nervous it's over I'm gonna die in this ally way this will be my final resting place 'Stop thinking like that Megan you know better!' I looked up and saw a person with a dark hoodie. I whimpered a bit and held my head down.

"Wow Megan you're fast for a girl like you." Recognizing that voice my blood boiled, I looked up and there it was Henry that little son of a gun. "What the hell is wrong with you why were you following me!" I my voice toned with anger I quickly stood up and looked at him dead set in the eyes. "Well uh..." Henry scratched the back of his neck and looked around "Well?! Spit it out or I'll punch it out if yah!" I was beyond ticked off at this point not only has he invaded my privacy he also gave me a big bruise on the knee.

Henry just sighed "Look Megan, there are some secrets that can't be mentioned but I'm only doing this because I have too for your own good."

"Doing what?! All you're saying is just a bunch of bull! Tell me the real reason!" Why is Henry always trying to hide something I just want answers. I saw Henry remain quiet standing still. "Fine then hope you have a good life Henry." I turned around and was halfway to the exit from the ally way.

  "Megan..." I heard Henry say, I stopped in my tracks and looked back "Look I'll tell you the real reason just please promise not to tell anyone please." Henry looked sincere about this was he really gonna tell me?

"Ok I won't just tell me." We were once again staring at each other tension filling the air. "My...Trix." I heard him mumble but I couldn't hear it clearly "My mother is part of the Trix she's the one that initiated the attack against Alfea. Happy?" Henry was now the one looking upset, giving away his biggest secret.

He just walked away just plain like that leaving me with my mouth gapped open in shock.
