There is an 20 year old girl who has a hole in her heart ...and needs an urgent heart transplantation , she has a list of things she wishes to do before she dies and keeps trying to sneak out of hospital but.. every time got caught...till she once meet a fellow patient in same hospital...a boy who is dying with lungs failure the two starts spending time with Each other become eachothers friends... and start feeling for eachother and they confess their love for each other then after some time girl gets operation of her heart and become fine when she recovers she find out a bitter truth....
