Authors POV

"Kaycee can you hear me?!" I hear someone say. My body is too week to move. I try but the only thing that moves is my finger. I lift it up a bit but it falls down.

Finally my eyes flutter open and I look around the room. "Sean?" I ask looking at the Asian boy in front of me. "Omg Doctor she's awake!" Sean shouts and I look around and I'm in a hospital bed. "Wh- what happened?" I asked and Sean smiled with sympathy. Then I remember and look down to my side and see it patched up.

"Hello Kaycee. You just have a little graze on the right side of your upper hip but it's all good." He says and I look at him. "Uh.. can I still dance?" I ask him and he chuckles. "Your lucky that answer is a yes. It just has a little graze and it's not that serious. Just the shock and blood at the moment made you pass out." He says and I smile that I still get to dance.

"But we're gonna keep you for observation overnight with a friend or someone with you if you want." He says and I smile. He leaves the room and I look at Sean and his looking down. "What's wrong" I ask him and he sighs. "Your mom can't stay with you because she has to be at the police station the whole night about a case with your dad.." he says and I sigh. "It's ok." I tell him and he nods. He stand up and gets his phone out.

"Well I'll guess you would want one of the girls to stay overnight so I'll just call and ask them-." But then I cut him off by grabbing his hand and rubbing it with my thumb. "Can you stay?" I ask him and he looks confused. "You don't have to If you don-."

"Kaycee. I'd love too" he says smiling at me and I smile back. He sits down and we start talking about random things. "Kaycee can I ask you, why you chose me to stay instead of the girls?" He asks and I sigh. "Well, it's like, if I were here with my mom, she would Ask's heaps of questions and stress out. And if I were with the girls, they would do the same and try to cheer me up by painting nails or something" I start and he nods.

"But when your here, you'll make me laugh. Smile. You always give me comfort in every situation. And your really special to me because no one has ever made me feel so happy before" I tell him and he smiles.

"Well I'm glad that I make you feel the exact same way you make me feel." He says and I smile back at him. "Kayc i Lo-."

"Who's up for some food!" Julian says bursting into the room. Making me and Sean laugh. "Whoops was I interrupting a seaycee moment. Cause if I was, I would never live with myself." He says and Sean and I burst out laughing.

Julian brought some burgers and chips with some Starbucks and the rest of the crew came. We talked a lot making jokes and played some cards and heads up. Then visiting hour was over and they all had to leave.

"Sean c'mon we have to go." Kenneth says and he chuckles a bit. "You have to go. Not me" He says and they all look back in confusion except for Tahani who was smirking at me. "Guys, his staying. Overnight. Alone. With. Kaycee. Rice. So. Let's gooooooooo hurry we don't want to waist their time!" Tahani says and pulls the boys away and the girls walk off smirking. I slap my forehead and laugh.

Then someone pops their head in the room. "Seany boi making moves over here. Or was it kaycee?" Gabe Ask's and we laugh. "C'mon Gabe!" I hear Tati shout and he runs off. Sean chuckles and stands up closing the door.

"So cards?" He asks. "Cards."

Time skip.

"How?! You beat me all 7 rounds?!" Sean says and I laugh. "I'm the best!" I say and he smiles. "Damn you are. I don't know how someone could beat me!" He says and I laugh. "It's not that hard." I say shrugging and he smirks at me. "Oh really. What did you say?" He says coming closer to me. I sink into my bed giggling as me comes close to me.

His lips are now hovering over mine. I feel his breath swiftly leave and lean into my ear. "U love me tho don't you" He whispers into my ear jokingly and makes my whole body tingle.

He gets back into his chair and I'm still frozen. Then I unfreeze and he starts laughing. "Oh Sean Lew, I'm gonna get you back. Hard."

Time skip

"We should go to sleep. It's 1 in the morning." Sean says and I sigh. "Ok. Good night" I say. "Good night" He replies. I see him get comfortable in his chair and I sigh. "Are you serious? C'mon." I tell him while moving over. He looks at me confused and I chuckle. "It's not like we haven't slept in the same bed before. Hurry up!" I tell him and he chuckles coming into the bed with me.

I lay my head on his chest and wrap my arm around his torso with his arms wrapped around my lower back. "Good night shamu"
