Jisoo has had a bad day and when she sees a lot of hate on Twitter, she breaks down, leaving Lisa to comfort her. Fluffy fluff

Today hadn't been the best for Jisoo. When she woke up she realized that she'd left her contacts in all night and her eyes hurt terribly. When she went to get breakfast, she ran straight into the kitchen door. When she made herself a coffee to go with her breakfast she spilled it all over her shirt, burning herself in the process.

Small incidents like this had been happening to her all day. Jisoo supposed that the universe just wasn't on her side at all. Jennie and Chaeyoung were out for the day because of a photo shoot. To make things worse, Lisa had shut herself in her bedroom all day to work on a video for her new youtube channel, so she had no one to talk to or play video games with. Jisoo decided that this was not a great day.

For this reason, Jisoo decided to go to bed early that night, hopeful that tomorrow would be a better day. She turned off her bedroom light and climbed into bed. She grabbed her MacBook off of her night stand and opened it, deciding to check some social media before she went to sleep.

She opened Twitter and saw a couple of tweets from her friends, replying to or favoriting some of them. She then went to her own notifications to see what Blinks were up to.

She immediately noticed an absurd amount of negative comments. Of course Jisoo had days where the hate was worse than others, and she was used to getting hate. All idols had to be. She knew she shouldn't keep reading them, but she couldn't bring herself to stop.

How old are you? 8? Grow up.
What an idiot. Get some dance lessons. Jennie is better.
This girl is really their lead vocal?
Blackpink would be better without people like her.

Jisoo quickly slammed her MacBook shut, sliding it away from her. It slid off of the bed, hitting the ground with a soft thud. She couldn't even bring herself to make sure it hadn't broken. The fact that today had been so rough, coupled with the terrible comments was just too much for Jisoo. Before she knew it she was sobbing loudly into her hands.

Jisoo knew that Lisa would hear her. The walls were too thin for her not to. Still, she hoped that Lisa would just ignore the cries and let Jisoo calm down herself. It would be too embarrassing for Lisa to see her like this. After all, Jisoo was usually the one to comfort Lisa and the others, not the other way around, and this would make everything awkward.

But Lisa wasn't the type of person to ignore their best friend's sobs. There was a soft knock on the bedroom door. "Chichu?" Lisa's familiar voice called in. "I'm coming in."

The door was slowly pushed open, and Jisoo could see Lisa standing in the doorway with a concerned look on her face. The younger girl flipped the light switch on, the room quickly flooding with light.

Lisa's face fell and the sight of her best friend crying. "Oh Chu," she whispered, making her way quickly to Jisoo's side. She sat beside Jisoo on the bed and carefully put an arm around her shoulders, pulling her to her chest. "Tell me what's wrong."

Jisoo took a few shaky breaths, trying her best to compose herself. She tried to speak but all that came out was a whimper followed by another round of tears. "Sorry," she choked out, wrapping her arms around Lisa and hugging her tight.

"Shh Unnie, it's okay. Whatever's wrong you can tell me," Lisa assured her quietly. "Don't be sorry." Lisa rocked her slowly, trying to comfort her crying friend.

Jisoo sniffled, taking a deep breath before speaking. "Everyone hates me Lisa," she whispered.

Lisa frowned, squeezing Jisoo tighter. "That's not true," she told Jisoo quietly. "So many people love you." She pressed a kiss to the top of Jisoo's head, which wasn't the type of thing someone usually does to their best friend, but for some reason it didn't feel awkward. "Where's this coming from?"

"Twitter," Jisoo said quietly. "People have been sending me more hate than usual today. I know I shouldn't have read it but I just couldn't help it." She paused for a moment before speaking again. "All I've ever wanted to do is make people happy, but I can't even seem to do that anymore."

"Don't listen to any of them, okay?" Lisa told Jisoo. "They're all idiots if they don't like you. You're the most amazing person in the world and you make so many people happy everyday. Do you know how many people are still alive because of you, Chu? So many." Lisa rubbed her hand up and down Jisoo's back to comfort her. "Including me," she added. "Everyone doesn't hate you, I promise."

Jisoo smiled weakly, burying her face in Lisa's shirt. "Thank you," she murmured. "I love you, you know."

"I know," Lisa whispered, smiling at Jisoo fondly. "I love you too."

"I'm sorry for being such a mess. Today just hasn't been the best," Jisoo admitted quietly, looking back up at Lisa.

Lisa held Jisoo close, kissing the top of her head again. "Don't be sorry. I'm a mess all the time and you're always there for me," she spoke quietly. "This is the least I could do."

"Did I interrupt your video?" Jisoo asked timidly.

Lisa shook her head. "No, I was gonna stop working on it soon anyway. I can finish it tomorrow. That's the last thing you need to worry about," she told Jisoo. "I think you should get some sleep."

Jisoo nodded against Lisa's chest. "Don't go.." She pleaded quietly.

"Of course I won't," Lisa assured her. "Just let me go turn off the light okay?"

Jisoo nodded and Lisa let go of her, kissing her forehead before getting up to turn off the light. Jisoo already felt cold without Lisa holding her. Lisa slipped her jeans off, followed by her shirt, before crawling into bed beside Jisoo in just her undergarments.

Lisa opened her arms and Jisoo pressed herself into Lisa's embrace, looping her own arms around Lisa's middle.

"Goodnight Chu," Lisa whispered, kissing Jisoo's temple softly. "I love you."

Jisoo sighed in content, nuzzling her face into Lisa's neck. "I love you," she replied quietly.
