It has been a hassle to both Mario and Luigi. They've so far went to a third of the shops at the mall in search of a gift, but found nothing.

Mario and Luigi were close to losing hope, they checked every store on the mall, but nothing appeared to resemble a perfect gift. They later stopped to the last store, in which the two haven't entered yet.

"This last store better has something good, or else I'll have to go to the party with nothing for her." Mario stated. "I'm sure that something good pops out," Luigi responded.

Back to the Mario Bros, they looked around the aisles of the store, keeping an eye out for any items that seems appealing. "Hmm, there's got to be something around here," Mario thought. Just when he was about to turn back, something shiny caught his eye.

Mario headed to where the shiny object is, only to find something so beautiful: it was a necklace, gold chained, and hooked onto it was an orange topaz, coincidentally in the shape of a squid. "This necklace... it's perfect! Definitely something to get for her!" Mario stated mentally.

"Hey bro, have you found any-" Before finishing his question, he spotted Mario, with his eyes staring at the necklace. "Ah, so you did find something, and I have to admit, it's a good choice!" Luigi stated.

The two headed to the checkout, later leaving the store. "Thanks for your help! I really couldn't have done it without you!" Mario exclaimed. "Hehe, no problem! We better head back to get things ready!" And with that, the brothers left the mall, rushing back home.
